Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Set the AC to 77°
Return all keys to the lockbox hanging on the railing. Call for the Code: Make sure it's locked. $300 charge for lost keys!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parking #608. Located in the southeast corner. Only parking for 1 car or SUV, NO trailers or RVs. Bryan xxx-xxx-xxxx for the key code check-in.
Guests must download, sign, and return the Guest/Lease application, read, and agree to the rules and regulations at least ten days before.
All guests are required to sign in at the front desk. We supply complimentary paper towels, toilet paper, soap. A starter kit!

Indian Rocks Beach Sunsets

Lovely, spacious condo with beautiful views of the Gulf. Centrally located between St. Pete and Clearwater with great restaurants within walking distance or short drives. The only recommendation would be additional keys for guests choosing separate activities as the entrance to the lobby required a special key.

900 Gulf Getaway

The location of the unit is great and the view of the gulf was amazing. We had a few difficulties at the unit but Brian was very prompt in correcting the situation. The unit is very spacious and we really enjoyed our trip in spite of some bad weather.

Great Place!!

Absolutely loved this unit! Being located in the northwest corner of the building, our balcony had spectacular views of the gulf and far up the beach. We even saw dolphins a few times. Watching the sunset in the evening was one of our favorite things to do. Since the unit is at the end of the hall, it's nice and quiet, too.Many bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance. However, when we wanted to stay in, we found the kitchen to be very clean and well equipped.The washer and dryer in the unit were very convenient.The beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable. As was the living room furniture.We not only enjoyed our time in the unit and at the beach, but the pool, hot tub, and tennis/pickleball courts were fun, too.We enjoyed our stay so much, we intend to go back as often as we can. We kind of consider it our home away from home.We'd like to thank our host, Bryan, for being so easy to work with and we look forward to working with him in the future.

Location, location, location

If you're looking for a relaxed vibe this is the place to be. The accommodation is very well presented with all the household amenities required. The view and access to the ocean is superb and the short distance (even on foot) to the local and varied restaurants/shops is ideal.

Why they chose this property

The property is located in such a great area of Indian rocks beach, close to great restruants and shopping. This town has a great vibe, and the beaches are the best around. The building is well maintained and secure, with incredible views from nearly every room.

What makes this property unique

It's on the northwest corner of the building 6th floor having it on the end gives you several more windows that lets in more light, plus the amazing views up the beach. Most units just face out to the water, in this unit you can see the water up and down the coastline. Plus having the unit on the end prevents walking traffic past the unit also giving more privacy.
