Perfect Beach Vacation

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay. Everything from central location, to convenient parking, to the cleanliness of the whole facility, to the accommodations within the updated, spacious unit….it was all incredible. Very family friendly! It felt like a very safe area. The private beach was secluded so you had room to spread out and not on top of the people next to you. We will absolutely be back!

This was our first time staying at Hamilton House and it did not disappoint..from the time of booking our reservation to the time we checked out everything was top notch, from the email that made everything so easy to access the ammediates to the ocean view....the cleanliness of not only our unit but the entire building. We could not have asked for more! We love Indian Rocks and have been several times over the years and Hamilton House was definitely one of our favs! Thank you Thank you!!!

Winner winner!

This is our third year staying here. The view is stunning and beach easy to get to. Communications with staff was great! The condo is very well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. There were plenty of pool toys, beach chairs, noodles, boogie boards, etc. for the grandchildren to enjoy pool time or Gulf time. We are already looking to book again in 2027!

This condo was great! Very clean and comfortable! Only a few steps to pool and beach! Everything was very accessible. Also a convenient location to local attractions; Johns Pass, Clearwater & St Pete Pier. We had a great time and will be back to Hamilton House!

We had a lovely vacation at 104 Hamilton House. It was very clean. Great view from the balcony especially for the sunsets. Cannot beat it! Easy access to the beach and condo. There are some luggage carts. We took our beach wagon and it fit perfectly in the elevator. The elevator worked and cleaned daily. The pool was perfect as usual. I noticed it was cleaned daily and the chairs are typical nice comfy pool chairs. We felt safe at Hamilton House. The host was very responsive. There were plenty of towels, washcloths and hand towels. Plethora of beach accessories including umbrellas and chairs. Very nice basket of coffee goodies including sugar, salt & pepper. Extra large kitchen with lots of dishes, glasses and silverware. Great counter space. King size bed was very firm. Only 2 things that could have made it better: Ice maker does not work grab a bag of ice at the store and the living room area furniture could have been more comfortable. We’ve stayed at several different units at Hamilton house and we would rate this one a 7.5

We had a wonderful vacation in Indian Rocks Beach. Hamilton house is our favorite place to stay.

The location is wonderful, very easy to to access and to rent. We had a couple issues and they were handled very quickly. We will be returning next year.
