This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath cabin is located right on the Coosawattee River where you can fish right from the bank or sit around the fire pit and listen to the sounds of the river. Hungry? Test out your skills in the kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances and everything you need to cook a meal. After dinner- relax in the downstairs entertainment area and watch TV or enjoy the sunset while soaking in the 6-person hot tub. DOGS ONLY Guests are responsible for any damages that result from pets. No pets on furniture or in hot tub. Any delays in housekeeping because of pet hair on furniture, Guests agree to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a minimum of $25 with a maximum of $250.00 . Any pet hair found in hot tub or filter will result in a minimum charge of $100. This fee is non refundable.



Tie One On The River  is a gorgeous  3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom cabin that can sleep up to six (6) guests and offers the following:

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:







Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide complimentary start-up supplies of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.







Required Fees include $170 Cleaning Fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, and 15% lodging tax
