Completely private, elegant interior, gracious setting with sunsets over Georgica Pond. Canoe or kayak direct to the ocean beach where you can be alone. The boathouse offers a gorgeous separate setting for gathering, reading, cocktails as the sunsets. Markets and shopping of every kind nearby without going into the village center.
