Ever dream of waking up to dolphins on the horizon, our master bedroom, with private bath, brings this dream to reality. The well-stocked kitchen will give you plenty of opportunities to entertain after cooking up your days catch on the grill. This treehouse is freshly decorated in island colors, making every room lively and welcoming. The extensive manicured lawns provide a plush view of the boats at the dock gently shifting, grab a blanket and stretch out and watch the stars at night while listening to island life settle in for the night.

Treehouse Condo

Great location. Clean. Pull out bed and loveseat need an upgrade. We would stay there again though, but would bring an air mattress.

The view and accessibility to beach were great. Needs a little furniture upgrades and no one has dvds just ready to pop in. The door to the gulf patio door needs fixing because it wont stay closed unless it locked. Location great, just needs some updates.

I’m local to Pensacola and stayed many places. I’ve never left a bad review but this was not a great place for the price. I’m thankful it was only one day. Tabs didn’t work and it was so hot upstairs.

Great Location

This was a great location and a spaciuos house. You can sit and relax with the bay view or walk across the street to the beach. The walk isn't bad at all.

Beach vacation

Overall the house and location were great! However, it shouldn’t be deemed as “sleeps 6” because the pullout couch is awful. All you felt was coils and springs. There was no padding whatsoever. It was so uncomfortable that my husband and I chose to just sleep on the individual couches, which were also not very comfortable because they’re older. When my dad sat down on the couch he dropped all the way down, hitting his back on the coils also. But like I said, the overall location and house was great. BEAUTIFUL views! If the couches were updated and newer with more padding, it would be 5 stars.

Great location!

Loved this place, been to a lot of different places on pensacola and this was one of the best. Couple things could’ve been better, wasn’t sure if the dock in the backyard was accessible to all visitors. Dryer seemed to have a problem in the beginning of the trip so we had to manage, and the wifi has weak security. Other than that the place was great. Will recommend!

Good for the price

Stayed with some family for the long Labor Day weekend. When we got to the unit, the power in the kitchen area wasn't working, along with some of the major appliances. A maintenance guy was there within 30 minutes but wasn't able to fix it. He called an electrician (at 6pm the Friday before Labor Day) and the electrician was able to repair it that evening while we were out at dinner. We never learned what the problem was, and except for the oven never working, we didn't have any more problems. The view from the master bedroom over the sound was awesome to wake up to, but we found the bed rather uncomfortable and very firm. The location was great. We stay in this general area every year. Having direct access to the sound, plus direct beach access across the street is really the best of both worlds. Check in was quick and easy. Check out I could do on my phone, which was amazing. Generally, no major problems that weren't handled timely by the maintenance staff. Would probably stay here again.

Not what we imagined

We were very disappointed with this townhome. Upon arriving, the code given to us did not work. We had to call and wait at least 30 minutes before able to enter after 3 different codes. When we walked in, the townhome smelled like mildew. There was sand all over the floor which we understand is difficult to clean up. The coffee table in the living room was missing the glass, the pillows on the couch were brown and dirty. The outside table chairs were bungee corded together and falling apart to where you couldn’t even sit on them. The other chairs on the deck were also falling apart. The shower head sprayed water everywhere. Both couches in the living room were in rough shape. This home needs upgrades bad. We paid a total of $620 for two nights and that was not worth it for the condition of the home. We were not given any additional trash bags, we felt as if it was not a pleasant stay. It did not feel very clean. We found hair in both showers. And soap scum on the sinks. The location was perfect. The walk to the beach was great.

Ladies Getaway

The property is exactly as in the pics. The house itself is very clean and has everything needed. One room facing the bay has a king bed, and the second room facing the beach side (small window) has a full bed. There are two full baths upstairs with room and a half bathroom in the kitchen. Dining table sits 6 and would add that some wood chairs needs to be renewed before someone has an accident. The sofa sleeper is a king and that needs to be replaced. I wouldn’t recommend an adult sleeping in it or your back will suffer during stay. It would be nice to have towel hookups in the master bathroom. The beach umbrella and chairs, these ARE NOT in the property. I had to call twice! The first extreme rude lady with her smart attitude tells me that the chairs/umbrella are at the beach and available at a first come first serve. When I went to the beach I was going to be charged $10 an hour! The following morning I called again and this nice young lady by the name of Michelle who was new at work, was able to resolve the problem. The chairs/umbrella were reserved at the area I asked a gentleman who wanted to charge me. Michelle called and straighten it out. Also, one day both bathroom breakers went off and as soon as we called a person came in 15 minutes to fix it. Beautiful peaceful morning views at the bay, loved having my morning coffee.

Short trip

We moved our daughter down to UWF over the weekend and it was great location for us to get a few hours in on the beach while moving her. We will be staying again over the next few years for weekend trips.

great location for vacation

nice backyard for the puppies, easy walk to the beach and really nice views from the bedrooms. The townhouse needed a few finer touches here and there (like water damaged wood by the deck stairs) but overall a very nice place for a spring break.
