Welcome to Hilltop House, an idyllic vacation retreat perched at 400 feet above the town of Rockaway Beach and boasting unparalleled views of the Pacific coastline, Twin Rocks, and miles of shoreline extending from Tillamook Bay to Neahkahnie Mountain. Whether you seek a romantic getaway for two or plan to host a small group retreat or family reunion, Hilltop House is your perfect destination.

This fully furnished, 2000 sq. ft., two-story home offers versatility, accommodating up to 16 guests while maintaining an intimate atmosphere for couples. The main top floor features two bedrooms with queen beds, TV’s, a full bath, and a spacious great room with vaulted ceilings. Additionally, the top floor houses a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a living room with a queen sofa bed. A generously sized balcony surrounds three sides of the house, providing breathtaking views of the coastline and stunning sunsets, with ample chairs for your relaxation.

Descend to the lower level, where the master bedroom, with one king and one queen bed, a TV, ample closet space, and a full bath, occupies the north portion. In the south portion, find a spacious room with three queen beds separated by curtains, a second full bath, and a convenient laundry room. A small patio with a BBQ off the lower level adds a charming outdoor space to your stay.

Loved our home for the week

Most of us loved the walk down to the beach . The others drove down in less than 5 minutes! The view was spectacular! Lots of cooking pans and bowls so that was nice also. Every time I sent the owner a text she got right back to me ! It was a perfect vacation!

Great Family Trip to Rockaway

What a great house, especially for a group! 9 of us enjoyed the house and had plenty of space for needs. Plenty of seating, beds and supplies, plus a great deck. The views of the coast and Twin Rocks were incredible!

The view from this home is spectacular! And it is so conveniently located, close to everything Rockaway Beach has to offer as well as the rest of the Oregon Coast. We will definitely return! We would highly recommend.

We chose to buy in this location because it was a nice, quiet town, closely located to Cannon Beach and Tillamook. And only 2 hours from Portland, OR. Not to mention, the ocean view was incredible!
