The Space:

There are multiple lounge areas to enjoy—one with a large sectional and TV for movie nights, and another perfect for reading or playing games. The layout makes it easy to gather as a group or sneak away for some quiet time.

The spacious kitchen is fully stocked and designed for cooking and entertaining. You'll love the generous countertops, full suite of appliances, and adjoining breakfast nook framed by large bay windows—ideal for sipping coffee or enjoying a laid-back brunch. A formal dining room and outdoor deck offer even more places to share a meal.

All four bedrooms are located on the upper level, offering peaceful rest and privacy:

Each room is styled with soft linens, calming colors, and plenty of natural light, perfect for a restful night after a day of exploring.

No need to wait in line since there are three full bathrooms, including one on the main floor and two upstairs, making morning routines and post-beach cleanups a breeze.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the wraparound front porch, dine alfresco on the back deck, or gather around the custom stone firepit as the sun sets. The large, private yard is great for lawn games, reading under the trees, or simply taking in the peaceful surroundings.

Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities
Please note that all outdoor amenities, including patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- Pets are not allowed, except for small dogs.
- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.
- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
- For stays longer than 29 days, a refundable deposit is required. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

Cancellation Policy
- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Guest Insurance
Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons.
