Located in the Tahoe Keys, the home features a private boat dock just steps from the lower deck—ideal for summer boating adventures. This home is pet-friendly, with thoughtful finishes, spacious living areas, and unforgettable views. Your Tahoe Keys stay will be nothing short of exceptional.
Minimum 30-night rental. This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 11 if children are included. It cannot host more than 10 adults. This applies 24/7.

• BR 3 (Downstairs): Two Queen beds, 55-inch Smart TV, closet, views of the Key's water channels
• BR 4 (Downstairs): Queen bed, sliding glass door with direct access to the deck, closet

The boat launch is at the Tahoe Keys Marina, 2.4mi from the home. Once your boat is in the water, feel free to moor it at the dock behind the house. A boat inspection is required before entering the lake.

• Once your reservation is confirmed, a rental agreement will be sent for signature.
Home Essentials
• The home will be prepared with a starter supply of items such as soaps and paper products. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies after arrival.
Local Regulations
• Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County take rental compliance very seriously. Please review the rules outlined in your rental agreement to avoid fines or enforcement visits.
Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded.
• Street parking is prohibited.
• Outdoor areas of the home may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Trash must be placed in designated bear-proof containers or dumpsters (locations posted on the fridge).
Please note:
Pets: 1 dog allowed with pre-approval and fee. No other animals. A crate is required if left unattended. No dogs on furniture or beds. Excessive barking or neighbor disturbance not allowed. Guests pay for extra cleaning or damage caused by pets.
NoiseAware monitors decibel levels in a privacy-safe way to ensure quiet stays.
Exterior cameras may be present to monitor parking compliance. No indoor surveillance is used.
This home does not have air conditioning.
For 30+ day stays, you can cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival date and receive a full refund. Cancellations or modifications made within 60 days of your arrival will not be refunded.
