Perfect for multiple families. Each of the 5 bedrooms has a king or queen bed. The downstairs master bedroom has its own bathroom with dual sinks, shower/tub combination.
Two additional bedrooms downstairs share a hall bathroom also with shower/tub combination. One bedroom is configured as a living/bedroom combination, with couch and coffee table, king bed, queen sofa-sleeper, & a sliding door with access to the back yard.
There is a large dining area downstairs that seats 6, a wood-burning fireplace and SmartTV, and sunny functional kitchen with breakfast table that seats 4, and counter seating for 2. The kitchen is fully stocked with place settings for 12.
Upstairs is the main family room that includes comfy leather couches and large game table that seats 6-8. This room has a gas fireplace, large screen A/V system with SmartTV, cableTV, wet bar, and small balcony overlooking the back yard, and adjacent tennis courts.
Upstairs there is one bedroom with a king bed, and one with a queen bed. Both rooms share a large bathroom with dual sinks, and shower/tub combination.
The backyard is fully fenced. During the summer there is a table and chairs for 6. The gas BBQ is on the back deck, and comes with 2 full propane tanks. The home has an attached garage, with parking for one in the garage, and two cars in the driveway. There is a laundry inside the home, with full-size washer and dryer. There is free wifi throughout.
Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval & pet fee. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).

• The home will be prepared with a starter supply of items such as soaps and paper products. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies after arrival.
Local Regulations
• Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County take rental compliance very seriously. Please review the rules outlined in your rental agreement to avoid fines or enforcement visits.
Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded.
• Street parking is prohibited.
• Outdoor areas of the home may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Trash must be placed in designated bear-proof containers or dumpsters (locations posted on the fridge).

Exterior cameras may be present to monitor parking compliance. No indoor surveillance is used.
This home does not have air conditioning.
For 30+ day stays, you can cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival date and receive a full refund. Cancellations or modifications made within 60 days of your arrival will not be refunded.
