Each bedroom and family room are equipped with ceiling fans to take advantage of the cool ocean breeze but window AC units are also In place if needed. Want to relax, play board games or catch up on TV or social media, there is a comfortably furnished living room with large HD Smart TV, cable and wireless internet. Kitchen with compact stove, full size fridge, microwave, dish ware, glass, utensils, coffee maker. A washer and dryer helps you conveniently manage all those beach towels and bathing suits. Beautifully landscaped property with a large private fenced in back yard, deck with patio furniture, large gas grill and a comfortable private outdoor shower. Perfect for small children and pets to play so you can sit back and relax knowing they cannot wander. Walk to Glendon beach and many local restaurants. The shed is full of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and beach toys with a beach wagon to use for your convenience. Short drive to Sea St, South Village and West Dennis beaches. Dennisport/Mid Cape offers so much locally but is also the perfect launching point for awesome day trips to Wellfleet/National sea shore, Provincetown or ferry to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. Ample parking for 6 vehicles. Beds are left unmade with Bed linen, bath and beach towels available for use. Cottage is professionally cleaned prior to each rental period. Plan to bring consumables such as hand and dish soap, paper towels and trash bags. Trash is picked up from the yard weekly.
