Our property Management company does a very good job in ensuring the house is sparkle clean and ready for guests.

Additional Details:

- IMPORTANT! There are strict rules in place regarding occupancy of the house, parties at the property, and damage. A rental agreement acceptance is mandatory upon reservation confirmation.

- Parking: 1 car is allowed at the driveway. Additional cars should be parked in the common parking areas in the resort. If you are bringing in RV, advise the owner as permission from resort management is required prior to booking to confirm its parking spot.

- Access: The front door has an electronic lock. Door code will be set to your preferred number and will be used during your stay.

- Trash: We have valet trash pick up every day except for major national holidays.

- Pool Heat: Pool heat is provided for a nominal fee

- Lastly PETS and SMOKING/VAPING are not allowed in and around the premises. Any evidence of sneaking pets inside the house or smoking/vaping inside the house or in the lanai area by the pool will be charged extra in addition to forfeiture of the damage deposit

- Cleaning Procedure: In response to COVID-19, enhanced cleaning procedures are adopted to include sanitizing and disinfecting all the high-touch surfaces and items.

Great place for a family vacation

Very enjoyable stay. The townhouse was nicely decorated, clean and in a great resort community. The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect. The kids LOVED the themed bedroom. We had a very busy schedule and wish we’d had more time to enjoy the resort and accommodations. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome experience

We had an awesome time. We went on a Disney/Universal vacation and very close to parks. The house was exactly described and very clean. When we book again we will definitely try to book this property.

Labor Day Getaway

We made last minute plans to head to Orlando for Labor Day. Su was very accommodating with a shorter stay than usual. The house was located a perfect distance from everything and was recently renovated- it looked great! My daughter especially loved the Disney Star Wars themed bedroom. We would definitely book again!

Location was perfect. House was perfect size for our family. Plenty of towels which was a plus. I give it a 3.9 for cleanliness. Chairs were worn out. Toilets did not flush very well. Other then that we had a great stay.

Great location to parks and super clean.

Super close to the parks, you save a ton of time driving. The house is extremely clean and has everything you could need. The main pool and water park are perfect for a break from the parks. Both of our kids 7 and 15 loved it. Had a slight issue with a noisy neighbor but that is it. These issues are out of the property owners control. We will definitely book again when we come back to Orlando.

Nice condo! Many pros and a couple cons

We had a very nice stay at this condo. Overall, photos are accurate and would likely stay here again.Pros:- Kids room was awesome- Condo had stroller, cooler, etc. which came in handy for the pool and Disney- House was clean and furniture was pretty- Could take a cooler with food and drinks to the pool but onsite cafe also yummy and convenient - Kids loved the water slides- Comfy beds- Very close to the grocery and restaurants. Walmart online order and pickup was super convenient. Cons:- Could use some general upkeep - cabinet paint chipping, dishes chipped, etc.- Living room furniture was pretty but uncomfortable - Pool was packed and most days could not get a chair after 10am- Saw a couple cockroaches in kitchen when getting water in middle of the night. Maybe this is normal in Florida?

Perfect Place to Stay

Booked this property within 30 days or less. The process was very easy. I have stayed at Windsor Hills properties before, this was by far the cleanest home. You can tell they care which is important. The pool heat was on as stated it would be when I arrived. After checking in, the owner followed-up with me to make sure everything was ok. I loved the mobile app. It had everything you needed at your finger tips. Close to Disney and other parks. Within 30 to 45 minutes from airport (depends on time of day due to traffic). Beds are comfortable and my grandson loved the Disney touches in the home! We had plenty of towels which was a plus"

Beautiful condo and clean

Beautiful rental loved the Disney theme and so did the kids. Rental was very clean which is hard to find these days. Owners where very nice and easy to get ahold of. Definitely recommend we had a blast and if we go to Disney again we will be back.

So fun!!!

Our family stayed here over spring break for a Disney/Universal trip, & we absolutely LOVED it! Close to everything. One of our favorite VRBOs! It was perfect for our 3 kids to stay in the bunk room with the 3 beds. Mickey Jedi room was adorable. We came home to swim in our own pool every day, & then play video games when we’d be completely exhausted from the parks. We even used their stroller at the parks! The owner was accommodating & super responsive. We had an issue with the pool door after hours, & someone came within the hour! Highly recommend. Thank you to the owners!!!

Had a great stay

The property is just as described. Very clean. The kids really enjoyed the themed bedroom and the pool. Very convenient to have a full bath off each of the bedrooms. We had a great time our first day at the resort pool. Very convenient to Disney just a short drive. Walmart and plenty of local restaurants right up the street. Overall we had a great time and would definitely return.

Fantastic Place/Awesome Experience

The place was spotless! Our family really enjoyed our time. The water park was perfect for our "relax day" away from theme parks. My boys loved the game room and the private pool as well. Owner was amazingly quick to respond to questions. Would definitely book this place again.

Location, Location, Location!

The location of this townhouse can't be beat! We stayed for a week in early July for a Ripken baseball tournament at the ESPN Wide World of Sports. All of the Disney Parks and Universal Studios are within a 15-25 minute drive. So convenient!! The townhouse is comfortable. Our boys really enjoyed the game room and massage chairs. They were super excited about the PS4 however, we were bummed to learn a week before check-in that you have to bring your own games. It would be amazing if the owners would provide a few games for families that don't have any to bring. There is a Wal-Mart less than two miles from the townhouse. We ordered groceries online prior to our arrival and took advantage of the curbside pickup. This was a lifesaver as this Wal-Mart location is extremely busy, especially in the evenings. Definitely take advantage of the curbside pickup if using Wal-Mart. There is also a Publix less than 10 minutes away as well. The townhouse had plenty of pots and pans, dishes and kitchen utensils so we could easily prepare meals. There was also ample towels for the pool and for showering. The washer and dryer were also very nice to have available. The pool on the patio was always clean and wonderful for quick afternoon dips. Overall, a very comfortable stay. The owners were also very quick to respond to any questions and concerns. The location is unbeatable.

Close to Disney World!

We wanted to be close to Disney without being on property. This was perfect! Only about 10 to 15 minutes from Disney World! Our kids loved the Jedi inspired room upstairs! Communication with our host was very good. When we had a problem they responded very promptly. The listing is a little misleading as we thought the water park that is advertised at this location is 3-4 blocks away and not out the back door like we thought. We also didn't know until check in that a braclet had to be obtained from the club house before using the water park. Overall we had a good stay and would come back to stay again.

Perfect Offsite Disney Condo

Run don’t walk to this condo if you are looking for a place to stay while visiting Orlando! This condo is perfect!!!! Spotless and spacious and close to everything you need!!! The property is newly modeled and so pretty. The kid's game room is nice. Everything you need is there! The owners have a security doorbell camera and can monitor the property while you're there. They communicated very effectively with us. Would definitely stay there again.

Love Mickey's Jedi Retreat II

This is a great property. We loved having our own pool right out the back as well as the clubhouse. This was our first VRBO and Su was so helpful in making sure we understood how everything worked. She was so responsive to our requests and questions! I can't recommend this location enough. I am looking forward to staying here again in the future. Note-If you have PS4 games, bring them to play in the awesome kids game room setup.
