This unique mountain hideaway is located just steps from Continental Divide & private entrance to Panthertown Valley trail-head. A short walk leads to the famous waterfalls, granite domes, native brook trout, and trails of the "Yosemite of the East." The home features classic mountain style with cedar siding, open floor plan, breakfast bar, efficient kitchen, living area with wood stove, big open loft, cathedral wood ceiling, rustic pine floors, ceiling fans, mud/utility room, large attached storage room, first floor master bedroom with full bath and walk-in closet, and stone patio with fire pit.

This home is perfectly located in the mountains with access to Fairfield Lake, Community Pool, Mini Golf, Workout room, and a Community Center. This Bald Rock Community has private access to Panthertown which is a national forest and countless hiking trails within walking distance. There is a beautiful creek that runs over 500 feet throughout the 6 acre property. The creek is perfect for kids to play in below the wrap around porch on the home!
