Perhaps one of the best things about this home, is the private lane it is situated on. The road is safe for your children to play, ride their bike, or throw a frisbee. You will have quick access to some of the best beaches out on the East End from the quiet Two Mile Holllow to the lively Atlantic and Main Beaches. Some of the most delicious spots in town are minutes away. Not only that, but supermarkets like Citarella and IGA, CVS Pharmacy, and local farm stands including Balsam Farms, Amber Waves, and Spring Close are down the main road. Last but not least, you can't beat the sunlight that cascades through the trees during sunset. You will never want to leave!

Very nice property, great location!

Paul and Stacie are wonderful hosts. Great place and even better location. It is central to so many restaurants and farms that we frequent. Very quiet neighborhood, too.

Why they chose this property

Having the luck to find a home on a quiet private street and walking distance to one of the nicest beaches on the east end and around the corner from the best Bagel Shop.

What makes this property unique

If you are not a resident out here you can not get access to a beach parking permit.
All you need to do is walk or hop on a bike and you are at the beach in no time.
After a day at the beach you rinse off in our out door shower and just walk down the street and have a lobster roll at Bostwicks.
