The perfect location nestled in the heart of Indian Rock Beach community. Conveniently situated within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, pubs, park, art center and town community center...and of course the BEACH !

Come and enjoy our little slice of paradise in our freshly remodeled beach duplex Villa. We supply our guests with new portable beach chairs, umbrella, towels and a beach wagon to make that easy stroll to the beach even that much easier. large fenced in back yard. We are pet friendly. Only dogs please let us know before check in. $60 1 time pet fee per dog. 2 max

This was a nice duplex with NO stairs! Clean, well kept, nice back yard, beach wagon, close to beach, eats and entertainment. Quiets neighborhood. Responsive host when internet was not working and low band width for the amount of users between the two units. Kitchen lacks a baking sheet, could use a few more dishtowels/cloths, butter knives. Small dressers would be a nice addition and more hooks for hanging clothes/jackets and towel rings..

Perfect Location

We had a great time in IRB! This location has easy access to the beach, and multiple parks and shopping/restaurants. It is a nice area in which to walk. It was quiet and we felt safe.

I have been involved in the hospitality field most of my life. After graduating from Boston University back in 1986 I got my start working as a night auditor in a small hotel in Boston. I was fascinated with this industry and wanted to know everything about it. I learned all aspects of each department and through the years I became the General Manager of some well-known hotels and upscale boutique inns. During my corporate career as a General Manager of a Hyatt Hotel in Tampa Florida, I had an opportunity to manage a small beach vacation rental along the shores of the Gulf. Simply put…I was hooked. This became my new passion and career. My team and I have worked hard over the years and I feel our success at Carter Coastal Vacation Rentals is from having a variety of vacation property options that suits each guests needs and budget

The city's tourist population is one of its greatest assets, as people come from all over the world to visit Indian Rocks Beach for the city's fine beaches and to watch the beautiful sunsets. The city has 27 beach access points along Gulf Boulevard. Also found within Indian Rocks Beach are several retail businesses and quaint restaurants for your pleasure.
