Beautiful gated, new construction, open floor plan with high end finishes. This space is a WOW factor!

Gorgeous contemporary furniture with comfortable leather seating in living room, large dining table and laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The outdoor porch has a covered deck with furnished outdoor seating. There’s also gated off-street parking for 1 SUV or 2 compact cars.

Location is very close to most local festivals, the Fairgrounds (Jazz Fest), City Park, Lakefront, UNO, Dillard University, Downtown (Caesars Superdome, Smoothie King Center, Morial Convention Center, Mardi Gras World),French Market, French Quarter, Bourbon Street,The Marigny, Frenchman Street and much more.

My family and I have stayed at this property several times, and each visit has been wonderful. We always enjoy the home, and any issues that arise are addressed promptly. The property is beautiful and located in a very quiet, peaceful area. We would stay here again and again without hesitation.

Pauger was perfect!

We had a great stay at this property! Three roomy bedrooms and an open kitchen/dining/living room layout were perfect for our family. Communication with host was timely and clear, check in and check out were simple and smooth. The location was great for us, and we had everything we needed, including a charming back patio to hang out on!

Great place

House was perfect for 6 of us to stay very comfortably. The backyard patio/gazebo was perfect to reflect on the day and share stories about our Jazz fest experience. The neighborhood was fine, the neighbors next door were super kind.

Fabulous Rental!

My family and I came to New Orleans for a bit of R&R. This rental was really great. We did some site seeing, but also wanted a place to relax. Everything looked exactly like the photos. The home was clean and had Everything we needed. The host, Angela, was easy to reach and was very accomodating. The rental is located in a great location, and less than a 10- 15 min drive from almost everything. I would definitely stay here again!

Pauger Street Home, New Orleans

This home is beautifully remodeled, comfortable, well-equipped with everything you need, and clean. Great location -- quiet neighborhood just a short drive from all the main attractions in New Orleans. Angela (the host) was easy to reach, responsive and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this home and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to NOLA!

Great house- close to everything!

Absolutely beautiful home! Perfectly decorated and the backyard area is great. Felt very safe the entire trip and had a gated area where you park right in front of the house. The property is very close to everything! 10 minutes from the French quarter and all the places you want to visit! Property manager was very responsive. This is a great choice for a stay in New Orleans!

in NOLA for Jazz Fest

This was a great vacation. The property was exactly as described. The owner was responsive and helpful. The house was beautiful. While we had some trepidation about the location, we found that the area immediately around the home was safe, and the gate and fenced yard mean that we felt comfortable. I would stay here again anytime I visit NOLA.

We loved this house! Beautifully decorated. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Plently of extra towels. Spacious for our family of 4. Host communicated perfectly. Short uber ride to the Quarter or Casino. Will make this our go to spot when coming to New Orleans.

Business trip mixed with leisure

Communication from Angela about the check in was precise making our check in process very easy. The home looks exactly as listed. It’s extremely clean and comfortable. We brought items that we didn’t need because this home had everything! We felt welcomed and right at home. The location felt safe and close to everything by car. Thanksgiving Family Visit

My family and I had the opportunity to stay at this property for Thanksgiving. I have rented several homes and I would say this was the best property I have ever rented. I loved that the parking spot was surrounded by an automatic gate for extra security. The house was great for me and my family. Very spacious and it came well equipped with all of the essentials. I would love to return and enjoy the patio area. I would definitely rent again.

First time in New Orleans

I was impressed with how clean and new this house is. It’s spacious with high ceilings. And nicely decorated with a New Orleans theme. The neighborhood is quiet. Our host Angela was excellent with responding quickly. A big plus is that she permitted an earlier check in time since our flight arrived very early. We loved that there was complimentary water, umbrellas which we ended up needing, and city guides. I highly recommend this vrbo and I would stay here again.

Wonderful, spacious, comfy and secure New Orleans home.

This home was even better than we had expected. The floor plan is excellent, and it somehow seems much larger inside than the exterior dimensions would allow. Each room felt spacious, practical, comfortable, and inviting. The outdoor living spaces made a great place for morning coffee. Angie was very communicative, friendly, and super helpful. We most definitely enjoyed our stay in New Orleans all the more for being able to come home and relax in this wonderful house. Highly recommended!
