The Sea Islander - Last Minute July Special ONLY 179 per night!

Our Sea Islander Home is available to you and yours for a wonderful Vacation, or for your Parris Island Marine Corps Graduation and Celebration. Located just 2 miles from the entrance to the Marine Corp Recruit Depot at Parris Island, minutes from The Sands Beach and Boardwalk, near Olde Town Port Royal, and the historical City of Beaufort. This home is 45 minutes from Savannah, GA, 60 minutes from Charleston, SC and close to Bluffton and Hilton Head Island too. This home is truly central to it all!

Offering 3 bedrooms (sleeps 7-9) and 2 full baths. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath with custom tiled walk in shower with bench, bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, and bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds with a trundle bed also. An air mattress is also provided just in case a few more come along. All linens, pillows, and towels are provided for your use.

Open floor plan and the huge kitchen island are made for entertaining your family or group. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook and entertain including a crock pot, and a large stock pot for the local favorite - "Frogmore Stew" (no, there are no frogs in it!) The recipe will be waiting for you!

We have porches set up for morning coffee or an afternoon of relaxation after a day at the beach or sightseeing. A gas grill, outdoor eating area and more are awaiting you. Beautiful landscaping surrounds you during your stay.

This is a great home for relaxing and entertaining during your stay, older or younger groups will both be happy in this laid-back atmosphere.

This property also has a second rental home available, The Palmetto Lady. This home has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full bed. We also have a daybed with a trundle in the upstairs family room, so it sleeps 6 comfortably. The home has 2 full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Like The Sea Islander, this home is fully set up for an enjoyable vacation or your Marine's graduation from Parris Island.

Together, The Sea Islander and Carolina Sea Breeze boast 5 Bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and will sleep a total of 15 guests. Contact us for more information on renting both homes for your stay!

This was a truly wonderful stay at a charming home in Port Royal, SC.The hosts were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our trip easy and enjoyable. Their hospitality was top-notch, helping us with everything from recommendations for great local places to eat to arranging an early check-in when our travel plans unexpectedly changed.The house itself is cute and quaint, situated on a quiet street. It comfortably sleeps seven and offers plenty of room for everyone, ensuring a relaxing and uncrowded stay.Whether you're in the area for business or for a special family occasion—such as attending a Marine graduation ceremony—this is the perfect place to stay. The property was exactly as represented and worked great for us. Owners were very responsive to any questions and provided some of the basic stocking in the house - paper towel, coffee, dish soap, etc.

Perfect

Absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of linens, towels, sleeping options, tv in every room, ample parking, cooking supplies. We were there for my son’s graduation from boot camp and the location was perfect, less than 10 minutes from Parris Island, with plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

Heart of it all !!

Perfect base to stay and celebrate our son graduating from Parris Island . Only short drive to main gate. Great for early morning activities at depot. Great for gatherings and within close proximity to Port Royal and Beaufort.

Fantastic R&R

This house fit our needs perfectly. Lots of room to just relax in. The kids could do some game playing. The adults did a lot of reading and just enjoyed sitting around.

Great Stay

Came down to watch my son graduate from Bootcamp. This location was perfect. I would definitely come here again. The common area was open with plenty of seating for visiting. Everything we needed was there. Clean, comfortable and accommodating.

The house was beautiful, it was clean and close to the Marine base. We stayed to attend our son’s graduation from boot camp. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay while attending the graduation ceremonies on Parris Island to stay here . The neighborhood was peaceful and the home is beautiful. Perfection in Port Royal

Wonderful rental! Nice quiet neighborhood, beautifully renovated house, extremely friendly owners. 3 beds, two full baths, with a large open kitchen/living/dining area, a great outdoor space, and everything you need. Would have stayed longer, and may be back! Don't hesitate to book this one!

Parris Island

Great location for families attending graduation. Literally a 5 minute drive to Parris Island. Host was very accommodating. House was clean and neat. Only had to bring personal toiletries.

Great fishing headquarters

House was loaded with things not usually in rentals such as special utensils, spices, and appliances. Owners thought of everything! House was clean and very convenient to Port Royal Boat Landing. Had enough room to park with boat and trailer.

Perfect house!!

This house was absolutely perfect for our son’s Marine boot camp graduation!! It was less than a 5 minute drive to Parris Island, which is huge when you need to be at the base by 5:30am. The house was immaculate and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Great outdoor space to hang out after graduation!! If you’re looking for a place to stay for graduation, you found it!!

Amazing House

We stayed here for my sons graduation from boot camp and this house is perfect! Minutes to Parris Island. Has everything you would need and more! Very clean and spacious. Michelle is very nice and when we had a little hiccup with the A/C going out, she was on it and had it fixed ASAP. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Clean and comfortable

Our family of 5 stayed for 5 nights. Everything we needed was provided - laundry and dishwasher soap, trash bags, towels, extra blankets, plastic cups for the kids, and more. The fridge was clean with an ice maker and filtered water. We used the Keurig, tea pot, a pan to make scrambled eggs - lots of mug choices as well. The neighborhood was quiet and location central to everything we wanted to do. Thanks for a great stay!

Parris Island for Our Marine’s Graduation

Perfect stay for Parris Island families. Traveled with my family of four and my parents and on our last night our Marine had a comfortable bed to sleep in and was able to have a sleepover with her little cousins in their own area. We cooked and ordered in. The home was stocked and made it easy. 😊 Everything we needed to enjoy each other’s company and be spread out. Clean and in neighborhood and took us 10 minutes to get to the main gate at Parris Island. Highly recommend this property.

This place was wonderful!

My grandson graduated from the Marines this week. It rained the whole time. Seven of us stayed here. We had more family come for a bbq because a restaurant couldn’t accommodate a large family crowd. This property was the most “well stocked” warm and beautifully decorated home we’ve ever stayed at. I highly recommend this home for a Marine Graduation! The property owners were very nice and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Amazing

The house was gorgeous. Everything we could need was there I highly recommend if you were going for a graduation to your Marines that you booked this place they are very accommodating. The house was so clean. Usually I don’t like staying anywhere but my home, but this place made us feel right at home, we left some stuff there and they mailed it to us which is awesome because we were already 400 miles away before we realized thank you Scott and Melissa for letting us stay in your beautiful home for my sons Marine graduation. You made our trip amazing

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. It was super clean super easy to get to great location for us to go to our grandson’s Marine Corps graduation. One of our televisions was not working. They came tried to fix it. Couldn’t get it to work immediately went out and got a new TV.!! Would highly recommend anyone to stay here and would definitely stay here again when I’m in the area

Self Care and Relaxation

My wife and I were truly grateful that we were able to book this wonderful hidden gem in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood that’s just a hop skip and jump for many historical places, great home town restaurants like the Olde School House Restaurant , the Fish-camp on 11 street and Sands Beach which serves as a great place to spend time on the waterfront and fish. The management staff member Ms. Michelle was so kind that she and her assistants along with her 4 year old granddaughter surprised me by singing happy birthday . I would definitely recommend this venue to all my friends.

Port Royal is a great place to stay

We had one couple, one Mom, and 4 young adult/teens and this house was too small. But if you have couples then yes it can fit 6 comfortably. Open floor plan Livingroom/ Dining and kitchen was nice. The grill is not in the best shape and only partial worked. Neighbors were caught staring several times we thought they were friendly and wanted to conversate but when we said hello they just stared through the window. Not sure if they didn’t like multicultural families or don’t like the home being a rental. I loved spending time with my Marine, and we made many memories. Totally recommend 11th St Fish house. We always go there for the view and food.
