Joe and Linda laid out the red carpet for us by providing great information and all of the amenities a person could think of. During an amazing snow storm, the condo had all of the snow removal equipment needed for getting our car ready for travel. One of the best experiences we ever had in Mammoth.

Great Stay

Been comming to Mammoth since 1971 im 70 years old and have never experienced such a well stocked condo The landscaping was beautiful and the Quinns have a remarkable unit!

Cozy getaway

This is the coziest place to stay in mammoth lakes. The location is great and the kitchen is well equipped. The hosts went above and beyond preparing the place and sharing their recommendations. I would highly recommend a visit in December because the Christmas decorations are a lovely touch. Very pet friendly place.

Wonderful Rental

This condo exceeded our expectations. You can tell the owners put a lot of love into their property. It has everything and more!! Plus it was decorated for fall!! We loved that extra little touch. It gave it a very homey fell. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place.

Great place to stay. Only 5 minutes from Eagle. Very clean with all kinds of amenities. First floor so easy access for moving in. Lots of parking. Not so good for people with mobility problems because of inlayed rock flooring in entry way, kitchen and bath.

Mammoth is a great place with so much adventure awaiting and this was a perfect place to relax and rest in between exploring. Great location, beautiful scenery, well-stocked kitchen and very welcoming home. Joe was very responsive when I had questions and I appreciated how pet friendly he was....Charlie (my dog) appreciated it too!

Great Condo

Everything was awesome. The condo was clean, fresh, new, and perfect for my wife and I and our 2 grandsons and dog. Super communication. We've stayed at probably 15 different condos in Snowcreek and many others in Mammoth and elsewhere. This was the cleanest, best stocked, and best location we've ever stayed. Definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Best place to stay in Mammoth

This place was absolutely amazing. Location was 11/10, place was clean and provided everything plus more that you needed. Communication with the host was 11/10. If you have a pet, this place just makes it easy and great for them my pup loved it. The creek near by just helps melt away your stresses. I went through a life changing event recently and the Quinns place gave me the clear space in my head and breather from reality that I needed. I will be coming back.

This condo is everything you could want and more. Not only was this place extremely clean, and well stocked it also had all the essentials that you may need, from cooking, to BBQing, to snow.The layout was great and extremely comfortable, I liked the open concept and being able to see everyone at any given time. Additionally, being able to bring our pup with us was a treat. The owner even had, dog bowls up there and a cute basket with other essentials as well. The walk around the condo was beautiful and the creek behind the condo was cool and running the entire time. Communication was actually with the owner Joe which was very nice, rather than a company.

Perfect in every way!

This Condo is perfect in every way! We personally loved the bear theme throughout and the added fall decorations for the season! Made it feel like home. It was home…for a week! The attention to detail was outstanding. Everything you needed was there! The location was a dream…duck pond , short walk to the meadow which is like your own slice of heaven, the babbling creek just outside your window! Cozy home!!! Joe is a wonderful host, makes sure you have all the details up front, gives you your privacy but always avail by text! Our only regret was we couldn’t stay longer!!! Next time!

Why they chose this property

This property is located in the awesome Snowcreek IV development. This unit is situated within the complex to have fantastic views right out the living room windows. It is extremely close to parking. The sights and sounds of Golden Creek are right outside the bedroom windows as it runs just feet behind the unit. We are not only a pet friendly unit, but Snowcreek IV is absolutely wonderful for dogs. We offer a great unit in a FANTASTIC complex.
