Vacation Villas: #635 Beachfront Top-Floor Condo with Best Views on North End

Enjoy incredible 270-degree views from our top-floor, two bedroom, gulf-front condominium. The west side of the luxury condo is pure beachfront with extraordinary gulf-views. Or relax on the second lanai on the north side of the unit with views overlooking 17-acre Bowditch Point Park and Nature Preserve and San Carlos Bay. We love to wake to the sunrise over the bay and watch the sunset over the gulf.

Walk out the door to relax on the beach or more adventurous activities including jet skiing, parasailing, deep sea fishing, paddle boarding, and more. Beach Chairs and beach games provided.

Take a fifteen minute walk or two-minute ride to Times Square for shopping and countless dining options.

Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, backsplash, fixtures, and flooring. New bathrooms. New matching tile flooring throughout.

One week rentals - check in/check out on Saturdays. Please inquire for stays less than one week.

It is exactly as the pictures show and more! The lanai is screened in and was perfect for those sunsets. Right on the water, and the beach every day was the therapy we needed. Quiet condo, with fabulous views of both lanais, had an excellent stay

This is a beautiful unit, on the best location at Fort Myers Beach, with amazing no ending views of the beach and marina; the appartment has a wonderful decoration with everything you need to have a pleasure stay; the building is carefully maintain and everything works perfectly; we loved to stay at this appartment and will definitely come back!!!

This was a great place to stay. The host was very responsive. The condo was exactly as pictured. It was a 15 min walk to shops and restaurants. There were a number of golf cart taxis and public transportation if you couldn’t make the walk. Beach was lovely with 360 views from the condo. The owners provided everything you would need for the beach. They also provided a lot of kitchen amenities that were niece to have. The only thing we didn’t love is there is no restroom near the pool or building so we had to go back up to use the restroom. Not a deal breaker for sure. Would still stay here again!

This rental property is magical. Truly a place where you can pack your bag knowing the owner has thought of everything you may need. From the backpack beach chairs, to the completely stocked kitchen, there is nothing that will keep our family from renting again. The owner is also extremely responsive and trustworthy. Can't wait to come back to the Sea Turtle!

The property is well maintained and very clean. The owners really thought of everything you may need while away from home!There was an issue with the check-in, however, it seemed to be a one time problem and once the owners responded, it was quickly resolved and they more than made up for the inconvenience.I would highly recommend this location as the condo and location were great! We loved being able to sit on the deck and watch the sunset.

This condo and it's location is one of the best that I have ever rented in more than 40 years of vacationing in Florida.We didn't need to buy anything except food to cook in the well appointed kitchen. The views are beautiful and exceptional. 2 screened in lanais was great for when the sun shines on the front one (which gets pretty hot and bright) to use the master lanai to view the bay. If you are on the fence, pick this unit since it is next to the preserve and is very quiet. Condo is large, clean and beautiful.Enjoy this unit if you book it. You won't be disappointed!Marian

Really nice place with the best views on the beach. Top floor with views of the gulf and the bayside from the two balconies!! Plenty of room and closet space if you need it. Overall a great choice for a place to have a great time!!

Wonderful Family Vacation

The location was perfect and the unit itself was great! Very clean and nicely decorated, comfortable beds and amazing views! What more can you expect or ask for? The beach is perfect, clean and there was plenty of space to set up in a prime spot no matter what time of the day we got down there. Overall it was a wonderful family vacation and we look forward to returning again sometime in the future!

Why they chose this property

We love the activity on the beach. Most weekends there are several weddings held at the point of which we have a bird’s eye view. Something is always going on, yet it is always easy to find a quiet patch of beach if you prefer. And of course, the view. We love to watch the pirate ship tour traverse the point twice a day and shoot its cannons and to watch brown pelicans fly just feet away at 70 feet in the air.
