About this property

ON Sconset bluff-private beach access-bike or walk to village

The Wade Cottages are situated on the bluff just north of the historic 'Sconset village. We have a sweeping lawn and unobstructed ocean views, as well as direct access to the beach below. The cottages are set on a compound in the midst of bustling village life.
We are just a few short blocks from the center of the village.
In the village you will find the Market, the Sconset cafe, the Bookstore, Claudettes and the Chanticleer, yet the Guest Cottage is secluded from the street and traffic.
Our Guest cottage, built as part of a family compound in the late 1920's. has a spectacular ocean view, and offers a taste of old 'Sconset.
The cottage comfortably accommodates both families and unrelated groups.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Taking out the trash and organizing the recycling is key!
Just remove the sheets from the beds used and put at the end of the bed please.
Please put back any furniture that you may have moved, thank you
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please keep the driveway clear at all times for neighbors -thank you
Events need to be cleared through property manager

Fantastic stay with my family. While it's an older house, the location is absolutely amazing and walking distance from 'downtown' Sconset, to the beach, and the Bluff walk. The house has a small backyard that is wonderful for barbeques and a wonderful ocean view from the second floor.

A Perfect Stay!

We were a group of 5 life long college friends attending the wedding of one of our daughters. The Cottage was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located for our weekend. Alison was a wonderful host - communicative, responsive and welcoming. Cannot recommend more!

Little slice of heaven

The view and quaintness of the location were very special. Sconset holds a special place in our heart and staying at the wade cottages continued that streak. Allison was a gracious host and extremely communicative and went above and beyond to give us an easy check-in and check-out process. The view is perfection and access to town and the Bluff walk make it a memorable stay.

Beautiful house with an amazing view

This house was very clean, the view was amazing, the beach is down a short flight of stairs and our host Alison was awesome. She answered any questions we had and showed us where everything was when we arrived. We will definitely be back next year.
