Central air and heat, not just window units. Prefer polite quiet guests. Very quiet chill space. Phenominal upscale historic neighborhood by clubs restaurants nightlife etc.. Has extended stay style kitchenette with small fridge with freezer. toaster, coffee maker, cooktop, personal icemaker, air fryer/convection oven and microwave. Suitable for simple meal prep. available monthly as well, discount applies. superb safe neighborhood near yacht harbor and downtown, restaurants, clubs. entire property is non smoking. perfect for traveling nurses, temporary workers, busy executives or military personnel. It has two king beds, twin sofa bed . tables, desk and chair. it is really comfy, with a retro relaxed world market vibe. All beds and linens are brand new. It is a very very quiet relaxed place. Great restaurants in walking distance along with coffee shops, and farmers market. Private bath is awesome and has big deep jacuzzi tub double sinks and double shower. Very large bathroom.
