Waterfront Cottage & Dock w/ Beautiful View - 5MM

Only a few steps away from the water with an open, lighted dock. Enjoy the entire house for your friends or family to get away and enjoy the peaceful lake life. Great view, wrap-around deck, with close parking. Entertain on the dock that has a seating area, bar, and plenty of space to relax.

Covered boat slip, roughly 30` x 9`, is available for use while you`re at the property. We do not have trailer parking unfortunately.

This one-story house is has a wonderful view and lots of room on the deck to enjoy.

We are located on the 5.5 mi marker of main channel in Lick Branch cove.

Rocky Mount has great places for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks. The Quarry Restaurant and Bar is close and Jolly Rodgers is about a 20 minute drive. The Lakehouse Cafe and North Shore Shopping center are also about 20 mins away.

There’s a boat rental company 15 mins by car.

By boat, Dock Knockers, The Boathouse, The Toad, and Shady Gators are all within 5 miles. There are great locations down the Gravois Arm on the 6 mi marker of the main channel.

You`ll need a car to get around the area. However, if you`re wanting a good place to walk or run, the neighborhood is a great place to catch some views and get some exercise.

Put around the cove in a four-person paddle boat.

Or, go bigger by renting a boat from a boat rental about 15 mins away by car.

There is a gas grill at the house. You’ll need to supply you own propane gas tank if you plan to use it.

We do not have cable TV but there is internet and a smart TV. Feel free to use whatever you services you have.

If you need life jackets, be sure to bring them.

You`ll want to grab your groceries before arriving. The closest grocery store is about 20 minutes away.

Please be sure to make your reservation for the correct number of guests that will be staying.
Please leave enough room to the left for other cars to get by when you park. We only have room for 3 cars to park free. We can get additional parking but there is a fee. Lake roads are tight quarters and parking is a sensitive situation so we do our best to respect our neighbor`s spaces.
All sliding doors have a pin lock in the middle of them, a pole, and a regular handle lock.
For your safety, do not sit on the deck railings.

Please make sure all the doors are locked and the lights are off.

A damage deposit of $500 will be held in your Credit card used to book via the Credit card hold method and the held amount will be with us for a period of 7 days which will start at Checkin. You will be charged for any damages done to the property with this held sum
