RIGHT ON THE BEACH! Luxury condo with two bedrooms, two baths, and a side balcony looking at the boardwalk and ocean. Open the windows and hear the ocean waves and wake up looking out the master bedroom seeing the wonderful sunrise and seagulls flying over the waves. Fully stocked kitchen and wide open living room with plenty of space for family gatherings and activities. Television, movies, board games, puzzles, and children's toys are in the condo for the young ones to enjoy. Take walks on the beach, and enjoy numerous bike and walking trails which you are sure to encounter various wildlife and beautiful views all over the island. PGA Tournament golf courses, spas, shopping, and top-rated restaurants for your indulgence. Two Bikes are available for your enjoyment or rent a golf cart or kayak which can be delivered directly to the condo for you. Elevators are available for you as the condo is on the top floor with the best views day and night.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Monique was a great host. The condo made us feel at home and was very clean. Waking up to the beach view was awesome. Definitely will consider staying here again.

This condo is, as stated, steps from the beach - and the beach is lovely and uncrowded in mid-May. Furnishings were nice and master bathroom is especially nice.Our host Monique maintained great communication. We loved our stay on Kiawah!

The dryer wasn’t working properly for our entire stay, which was unfortunate because we couldn’t dry any of the towels. One thing that really bothered us, which triggered me to write this review…..The owners have nice beach chairs under the master bed that are locked. Yet, they provide their renters HORRIBLE, rusted, uncomfortable cheap chairs. The straps were broken, couldn’t even carry them over our shoulders. I complained, the owner offered to rent beach chairs (for 1 day mind you). It rubbed us the wrong way, so I felt compelled to warn other potential renters about this. Stay elsewhere if you can! We’ve had way better hosts at other VBRO’s we’ve stayed at.

We apologize again for the dryer not working and brought extra towels so you didn’t have to dry towels and had clean fresh ones. We could not get Lowe’s repair man out there before you left but we felt that we accomadated you with more towels. As far as the beach chairs. We offered to prove and did rent chairs for you during your stay. As I mentioned our beach chairs get left at the beach or trashed all season long. We replace chairs monthly and as soon as you mentioned the chairs I immediately called and rented chairs for your family. I am sorry they these two issues made you feel that you needed to write this review and advise others to not stay at our condo. I assume everything else was great as you did not mention anything else wrong with the condo.

GREAT, GREAT location! This condo had easy access to the beach, and walkable to The Nest for morning coffee and afternoon snacks. The condo is well stocked, clean, and perfect for a family getaway. Monique was super responsive with any question we had, and it was an overall great stay.

Location near the beach was great. We enjoyed the quiet location. View of the ocean from the condo was what we expected and seeing the sunrise was a great way to start each day. We enjoy biking and this was a great location for accessing the beach and trails. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks for making this place available.

We really enjoyed our stay. Location is perfect- close to everything and easy short walk to beach. Condo had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

1.windows are too old to open and almost broken. OceanView is so limited. Tight balcony with ants. 2. Closets are filled with kids items and many junks.3.Bed covers and blankets are not clean enough!4. Landlord have to invest money to improve this property!5. Overpriced !!!

Lovely for a quick trip

Our family stayed here for a couple nights and it was perfect for a short stay. It is very close to Night Heron Park, the Sanctuary and the beach! It was clean and well equipped.

Wonderful Getaway

Beautiful, updated, clean condo with ocean views. We loved being able to just walk right out to the beach. Great vacation on Kiawah - one of our favorite beaches!
