Oceanfront Windswept Villa. Steps from the beach. The boardwalk is just outside your backdoor, so no lugging up and down elevators. First floor, renovated, Windswept Villa.

Same day check-ins may be available. Just send a request if the calendar is unclear, to Robert Epps. The app doesn't show same day availability and after 6pm it no longer shows next day.

This villa will leave you with nothing but good times and happy memories.
Walk out the back door to access the boardwalk, which leads you down a short path directly to the sand. You will easily be able to start your morning right by enjoying your hot coffee on the beach with an amazing sunrise.

Enjoy the ocean scents and sounds of waves from your covered deck. Perfect for relaxing, reading or taking a nap.

No Check-In required. Keypad entry. Beach access is also keypad entry for your convenience.

Sleeper (twin size) in living room is also provided as a back up for you. The big gray chair shown in the pictures is the twin sleeper.

Enjoy a clean, crisp, uncluttered interior surrounding. The Villa provides a calm and comforting place to unwind.

If you prefer to be at the beach, but want clean and cozy when winding down, then our Villa is for you.

Golf and Tennis are available for a fee. Reservations are encouraged.

Night Heron Park is just a 3 minute walk from your location, as well. Night heron grill

This villa does not have pool access.

Charleston is an easy drive from Kiawah.

Bike ride on the beach! The sand is such that riding or jogging on the beach is easy and fun. Our kids learned to ride bikes with out training wheels on this beach :)

Miles of winding, tree covered bike trails all throughout the island. Discovering where they all go is half the fun.
Bikes can be rented and are the preferred mode of transportation on the island and available from multiple vendors.

Charleston is a 30 min drive away from your location for dining, shopping, tours and more.

Additional Details:
800 mps High speed Internet package. TVs have main streaming apps are preloaded for you to be able sign into your own accounts.
The living room features soft velour couch and chair with ottoman for reading or watching the 70" flat screen TV.
Coffee table and reading light as well as recessed lighting throughout the villa.

Main bedroom features a king size bed with 46' flat screen TV. Walkout sliders to access the back stairs.
The attached bath has large walk-in shower with hand held shower on a bar slide.

The second room is a small space that is meant for children, or teenagers. Ideal for those looking for twin sized bunk beds to accommodate a family with children. Kids love it! But it's really small.
Kids love it. It is their own little getaway. It is not bedroom, just a bunk-room. We wouldn't want to suggest that 2 adults would be comfortable in this room even though we have stayed in it comfortably.
This room also has a full sized dresser and 32' flat screen on the wall.
The second bathroom also has a large walk-in shower with the shower head on a sliding bar, vanity and commode.

Only stop is the guard gate where you pull up to the window for your gate pass. Kiawah is a gated community. We send you a scan code that the guard scans and then prints a pass for you.
You can go straight to the Villa and simply use a keypad code that we will send to you directly.
Once you have the gate pass at first entry, no more stopping at the gate :)

And when not relaxing and unwinding inside the beautiful Villa, there are miles of beach to enjoy.

Special Notes:
Smart Doorbell on outside of door. We turn this off when guests arrive. Keep this in mind if you order deliveries. The delivery service will need to "knock" on the door, as the doorbell will be off.

Wonderful oceanfront villa

We loved the convenience of walking out the back door and heading out to the beach. Early morning coffee on the back porch, with the rolling sounds of the waves was particularly enjoyable. Villa had all conveniences, very comfortably and attractively decorated.

Great place!

All the finishes and decor are fresh and clean. Great location for getting around the island. Even though it’s a condo, they were people above us and you could barely tell. While we couldn’t see the beach from the condo, you could hear the ocean while sitting on the back porch and it was easy to come and go to the beach.

Fall Break on Kiawah

Robert and Marisa were simply incredible host! This villa was easy to access by car and very easy access to the beach. Coffee and breakfast was a highlight! Easy access to the beach allowed us to catch both sunrises and sunsets. The villa was so comfortable, beautiful, and calm. I loved the couch! I wish I could squeeze it into my car. Thank you for sharing such a warm space. Please take care.

Great location on Kiawah

This property was the perfect location to stay in during the Kiawah Marathon. We loved being on the beach, although we couldn’t see it from the condo since it’s on the first floor. The bedrooms are small, but they worked for us. Having two bathrooms was a big plus. Robert and Marisa were great hosts. They were very thoughtful and quick to reply to our messages. We would definitely consider staying here again if we return to Kiawah.

Kiawah Island is a beautiful location

The condo was beautiful and very clean. There were fresh flowers on the table and a new card game (Uno) to play. We played several times. The beach is gorgeous. The condo is very close to the Sanctuary to rent bikes, which were so much fun. We were also able to take part in gator walks and a 2 hour guided bike ride through the wetlands. We had a very nice time. I highly recommend this condo.

Lovely, serene and memorable!

This lovely apartment is right on the boardwalk to the splendid beach (great for walking and the water was delightfully warm). The owners are truly super hosts! The apartment is beautifully appointed, with all the appliances and cookware we needed to prepare meals, as we spent most nights in (though we did sample some recommended restaurants, thanks to our hosts). Looking out at the dunes and sea beyond, you have a feeling of being in a garden. Nice and calm. The beach is outstanding and we certainly took Robert's advice to check out the sunrises. Stunning! This is a perfect apartment for a couple or a family with small children. It is clean and well-maintained, and the complex itself is nicely designed. Go for it!

Spectacular Experience

From beginning to end, we couldn't have had a better experience. The property is beautiful and in a perfect location. The owners, Robert & Marisa, have really thought of every amenity you'd need and to make you feel at home. From the first welcome message to the final goodbye we felt taken care of. We were surprised by the fresh flowers and bottle of wine that greeted us as we entered from a long day of travel. It was such a lovely treat! We had no issues getting acclimated and prepared with the information and details of the area that was provided ahead of time. I'm gushing because it was that good. We've stayed at many VRBO properties and this was hands down our best experience. Highly recommend!

Our Family has been going to Kiawah for 17 yrs and were finally able to purchase our own piece of the island. We enjoy our memories and time on Kiawah and wanted share with other families the same opportunity.
Our girls learned to ride bikes on the smooth sand along Kiawah Beaches:)

Why they chose this property

Our Windswept unit offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy the beach right down the short boardwalk outside the back door.
Lugging beach gear and all the kids gear around is not necessary when you are staying 1 minute from the sand:)
Night Heron Park is just across the street, to the left.
First floor means quick access to the beach and no need to go up and down the elevator.

What makes this property unique

We are nature lovers and love the fact that the entire island is a nature preserve. You don't have to go more than 5ft to see some of the unique native species . We love that you can come to the island get out of your car and not have to get back in it for a week. We bike and walk everywhere including to Freshfields Market.
