Welcome to the loft, a secret and peaceful place to spend a wonderful stay in the beautiful town of Dinan with family or friends.
This spacious, totally renovated apartment can accommodate up to 5 people, and is located at the end of a street where you won't be overlooked, offering plenty of privacy.

Come and discover Dinan, a pretty typical Breton town with its castle dominating the horizon, 75 meters above the Rance river.
Dinan is a pleasant place to stroll along its small marina or through its medieval city, protected by three kilometers of ramparts.

This 3-storey, 80m² loft is located in the heart of Dinan's historic center, within walking distance of all the town's shops and major attractions.

On level -1 down the stairs:

🔹 A lounge area with a spacious sofa (non-convertible which can be used as an extra bed by bringing 2 poufs together) and a large flat-screen TV
🔹 A desk area with lamp and shelves
🔹 A laundry room with washing machine/dryer (2in1), storage cupboards, clothes steamer, vacuum cleaner, extra chairs and cushions.

(The accommodation can possibly accommodate two additional children, with the sofa sleeping in the living room).


1st floor:

🔹 A beautifully decorated bedroom with a King Size bed (180x200)
🔹 A room with a double bed separable into two single beds (160x200 or 2 beds of 80x200)
🔹 A bathroom with basin, shower, towel dryer and toilet.

🔹A cosy 36m² terrace corner without vis-à-vis with a table, chairs and a light garland.
