The BEST winter getaway

After a rough winter full of sickness in New England, our escape to Kiawah was the magic healing we needed. We had the most amazing stay, with an incredible view of the palm tops, the golf course and nature passing by. We are already scheming our next getaway!

Fantastic Spring Week

We come to Kiawah multiple times a year, and love to stay at this location in the spring! It is fantastic proximity to all we love to do - beach, tennis, biking to Freshfields, as well as visits to Night Heron Park and the Sanctuary! This is our second visit to this particular rental and we will certainly be back

LOVELY villa /peaceful location with golf course view

Our family of 4 loved this beautifully decorated & very clean villa. The elevator was a big help for our family member with a chronic illness (2nd-floor villa). Bike rentals a must for a fast ride over to beach access, which is a 10-minute stroll. Great bike paths all over the resort!

Nice property

The pictures were accurate of the condo and the location was great. It’s really a 5 minute bike ride to the beach and 15 minute walk (I would highly recommend renting bikes during your stay; it was helpful getting to the beach and great for seeing the property). Some issues when we arrived but the owner did address it. Overall we had a nice experience…..

Spacious Relaxation Destination Property

We really enjoyed our time at this property. We have been coming to Kiawah Island for a while and a lot of our previous rentals felt cramped on space. That was not the case with this property. All three rooms are the perfect size for our guests (my husband and I, my older mother, and our 11yo) and more. The common area was especially accommodating. We prepped most lunches and cooked most dinners at the condo and the kitchen worked out just fine for this. We also used the washer and dryer a few times (think ahead about to bring your own detergent though). The walk to the beach is about 6-8 minutes. We really enjoyed the walking and biking paths nearby and it was pleasant to be so close to the golf course and the hotel. We were bummed that the golf course was closed during our stay - which was our main draw to stay on the course - so we will have to come again soon and catch all the action.

Wonderful Villa!!

We found the villa wonderful in every way! Comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated. Fantastic view and 4 minute walk to beach! Almost every amenity was available. We would have liked a couple of beach chairs, and a bathroom rug would have been nice. Yes, the sliding glass door was difficult, and there were a few roach sightings... but the good vastly outweighed the not so good. We would love to stay again!!!

Roomy condo in a great location.

My husband and I stayed for a week in this condo with our two adult children. The unit was very roomy for us 4. Well decorated and comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the cooking utensils we needed. We enjoyed golf, tennis, bike riding and the beach. The location was perfect - just a short 5 minute walk to the beach. One recommendation I would suggest it to replace the slider. It was difficult to open and close when we wanted to enjoy being out on the deck. We would love to return here again next year! Thank you.

The unit is exactly what it appears to be on the website. Very clean, well appointed condo with beautiful view of the golf course. It's about a 7-10 min walk to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities. Only complaint is the kitchen is extremely small and there is virtually no cabinet space to put groceries and provisions. So everything ends up on the small counter space. Everything went smoothly from booking to check in to departure.

Lovely condo for our family of 6!

Loved our stay at this property. Well equipped kitchen and it was clean and organized when we arrived. Beautifully furnished and comfortable beds and furniture. A couple of minor “wear and tear” issues that were addressed immediately by the property manager. Thank you for a great week!

Beautiful Villa, Perfectly Outfitted

My husband and I enjoyed a fantastic week on Kiawah and this rental was perfect for our stay. It's beautifully decorated with tasteful, comfortable furniture. The large windows allow in lots of light, and the balcony provides a nice added space to hang out. It's fun to watch the golfers. The layout is great for couples or a family. The walk to the beach took no more than 7 or 8 minutes. Don't miss drinks on the veranda at the Ryder's Cup bar. Loved working with Sweetgrass Properties. They were quick to respond to emails prior to arrival and very helpful over the phone with a couple of questions. Overall, it was a 5-star stay!!
