We appreciate you taking some time to give us a lot of feedback regarding your recent stay. We sincerely apologize for all the issues that you ran into through out your vacation. Guest satisfaction is by far our number one priority, so a review like this is definitely concerning to see. The property managers have been made aware of the list of complaints you mentioned and is currently in discussions with the owner to resolve most of them during the upcoming off season. Although it may take some time, we are confident that this property will be exactly as advertised moving forward. That being said, please do not hesitate to reach out to us during your stay if there are ever any issues. We did not receive word from you all week addressing any of these inconveniences. We are always more than happy to help resolve any problems you may have. Thanks again for the response, and we hope you still come back again soon! Sincerely, Sweetgrass Properties
