About this property

Have your dream vacation in our lovely, waterfront, pool home in Cape Coral. Close to the yacht club & walking distance to Ford's Garage, ParadiseTiki Bar & most restaurants on Cape Coral Blvd - close to everything! Rent a boat, kayaks, or any water toys & park them at our boat dock! Enjoy sunsets at the pool and the thoughtfully appointed interior! The driveway is big enough for two cars (garage is currently unavailable to guests). Relax and recharge in this slice of tropical heaven.

Designed with relaxation and comfort in mind, this home is light and airy, with three spa-like bedrooms - two with queen beds (brand-new "purple" mattresses - one with twins - perfect for a family with 2-4 children. An eat-in kitchen and spacious laundry room make day-to-day an ease. A large corner lot gives you plenty of room to spread out. Enjoy the pool, the lovely garden spots, and the dock!

Just to make everyone aware we have maintenance people that come weekly yard maintenance and pool maintenance just like to make you aware that they could be stopping by during your stay but they will introduce themselves and let you know why they are there. Thank you for your understanding.

Girl trip weekend

Vikki was very prompt with communication and was nice enough to let us have a later check out since we had later flights. Pool was great and being on the canal made it fun to see some fish. Walking distance to the main strip for food and drinks. Will be back again!

Best stay in Cape Coral!

Want a place you can walk to all the activities, all the bars, all the restaurants, while still having a private pool and privacy?! THIS IS IT! The owner is wonderful to deal with, almost instant responses and always ready to answer the phone. I WISH I COULD BUY THIS PLACE! The locations, the view, and everything about it is perfect. Just a walk from the hot spots but in a tranquil neighborhood. And easy to locate from main roads. Extremely organized and clean! Looking forward to the next visit!

Fantastic staycation

On the water love the outside view enjoyed the pool inside everything was new brand new bed's super comfortable surrounding night life was so much fun can't wait to do it again

Beautiful property

The property is beautiful & the location is great, just remember that because you're close to everything means you will hear everything. This includes street traffic & the bar down the road. They have live music Fri & Sat night. The property is at the corner of the street. My car got rear ended right in front of the house at the intersection. I can't find anywhere that states that a pool maintenance man comes on Thursdays but while I was with the kids in the pool, a man just randomly walks in the screen door & stated he was there to check the water. I am a Police Officer who carries on vacation & this could have not gone well for him. Luckily he was very calm & explained why he was there. This also meant that everyone had to be out of the pool for an hour. I give the property 4 out of 5 stars because they keep extra items on property like pool toys, bikes, condiments, hygiene products etc for convenience which was very nice.
