Welcome to the Stay and Play Chalet, the definition of rustic fun mountain living. This 5 bedroom/3bathroom getaway is perfectly situated in Big Bear, close to both the ski slopes, lake, and village. With a large open floorplan, you will feel completely comfortable with all the space this home has to offer. From a game room to a hot tub, there is plenty to do and interact with while you are home at the Chalet.

As you walk into the main floor area, you are greeted with lovely leather furniture and a cozy old-school wood burning fireplace. Walk up the short flight of stairs to the main living area, where kitchen, game room, dining room, and informal family room are housed. The kitchen comes fully equipped with upscale appliances, granite countertops, and barstool seating; a wonderful way to converse while whipping up a delicious meal on the gas-flame cooktop. A comfortable family room area has plenty of seating, electric fireplace, and access to watch the large mounted flat screen television. Pool player in the group? You’ll be right at home with the fully operational pool table. If pool is not your game, enjoy playing at the air hockey table! A wrap around deck sits right outside the living area with peak ski slope views.

Five large bedrooms accommodate up to 14 people. The master bedroom comes equipped with both a King-sized bed and a twin (perfect for a small family of 3). The master has a full en-suite bathroom, with double vanity and shower/tub combo. Bedroom number two is great for the young ones in the party, with a twin over twin bunk bed as well as an additional bed so three people can snooze comfortably. The third bedroom has both a queen and twin bed. Bedroom number four has a bonus room with a twin sized bed. The fifth and final bedroom houses a California king and full bed in it. Two more full baths finish out the living accommodations! There is more than enough space to make the chalet a multi-family vacation!

Head outside to one of the two wrap around decks that reside on both stories. Upstairs, you can fire up the gas-grill for an outdoor dining experience. Want to soak those bones after a long day on the slopes or day on the lake? You will love the large outdoor hot tub, where you can enjoy a cold beer or glass of wine while relaxing and viewing the stars. Enjoy the new deck, fenced yard and bocce ball & horseshoe pits. Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
