This stylish 3 bedroom + den home is located within a prestigious golfing community and overlooks a fairway with a western rear exposure. The Great Room is spacious and contains sofas, matching furniture, flat screen HD TV & DVD player etc. The main living area has recently been enhanced with new paint and fitted with beautiful drapery. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, matching furniture and walk in closet and has also recently been repainted. The Master Bath has separate tub & shower, dual vanities and private W.C. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, matching furniture and walk in closet. This room is enhanced by an attractive bay window. Bedrooms 3 & 4 both have 2 twin beds, matching furniture and closets. The Pool Area has a good size covered lanai with table, chairs and loungers. The pool is 28ft L x 14ft W. and can be heated for an additional charge if requested. Rate is $120+tax per week. The home is conveniently located to I-75 giving quick access to shops restaurants and a choice of beaches. The home is also offers high speed wireless Internet connection.

Fantastic stay in Bradenton

Just at the airport ready to travel home after a wonderful 10 night stay in this Bradenton home. Travelled with my family including two kids aged 8 & 6. House would be able to take two families with two, twin rooms and two doubles. Pool is great- big and wide overlooking the fairway. Community is gated, quiet-both me and my partner ran for miles and walked around the area with the kids. Kitchen has everything you need and more, garage had deck chairs/beach equipment which we used. Spoke to Martin whilst he was maintaining the pool. Experienced guy and as nice as they come. If we were staying in the Bradenton region again we would stay here.

Our stay

Let's start off by saying that the house is in a nice quiet location. Gated community. Great golf courses. The cleanliness of the house was not the greatest. There were an infestation of pests such as ants through the house plus dead lizards carcass in random places. Clearly the cleaning team did not take there time to inspect.

The home had been vacant for some period before your arrival and although a freshen up clean was done immediately before, a thorough inspection would not have been made. Very clean and nice

Down from Kansas City, spent 7 nights at the house. Enjoyed the pool and outdoor patio. The house was super clean and just like advertised. We picked this house because it was kinda centrally located to to Tampa Bay and Siesta Key beach, 2 things on out list to see. Nothing to say bad about the house at all, (and we are picky). Easy check in process and checkout. Would recommend to anyone.
