Excellent location! Walk to everything! Home was well equipped! Comfortable beds. Loved sitting by the pool in the evening with the fire table providing ambiance. Will visit again.

Great house in a great location!

One of the best VRBO rentals i have ever stayed in! Located an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. House had plenty of supplies, 5 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas. Pool was fantastic! located on a quite street. We are already trying to look at booking this place next year!

This place was very nice, clean and well stocked!

My family had a wonderful week in this home. The location was great. We had privacy but It also was easy walking distance to everything downtown Clearwater. I would definitely recommend staying here and I hope my family has the opportunity to return in the future.

Felt like home!

Great service from owner. The pictures on VRBO were extremely accurate. All 6 adults felt comfortable, it was hard to leave. The house was fully equipped. We are looking to our rental of this property next year!

Outstanding House, Location & Owner

The house was amazing and the location & neighborhood are perfect! The owner was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. We were there when the Tropical Storm Nicole hit and fortunately, the power was only out for a few hours. If we are there in 2023, we would absolutely stay here again if it's available. Thank you again Tracy!

Even better than pics can show!

I’m a tough critic because I NEED a comfy bed to sleep in and love a good shower with strong pressure. This house has both of these! All the beds were big and comfy! The couch is really nice too! The pool is big and has a really nice deep end. The dock is large and in great condition. The house has everything we needed, check in process was very easy. The only thing I would suggest is room darkening curtains, especially in the room with the queen bed. But decides that everything was wonderful!! Definitely would stay here again!

Not Quite the Golden Girls...yet!

I stayed at this property, along with 5 other 50+ ladies from school days. The house and area were both awesome. The beach was close and the pool was great when we just wanted to stay at the property. Local restaurants within walking distance were fun with good menu's. The property managers were accessible if questions arose. I will definitely come back to this property!! A wonderful vacation experience!! Yay!

Couldn't have asked for more

This place is wonderful and comfortable and even better than the pictures. Any questions we had were taken care of in 15 minutes. From the minute I walked in I felt at home. So close to everything you don't even need a car. Morning coffee by the pool was spectacular. It was spotless and everything we needed and then some was there. I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was. We go to Florida every year and I do not think we will be staying anywhere else from now on,

The BEST of Everything!!

Well I had read all the previous reviews, so was fully expecting a good stay ~ well I was overwhelmed by the EXCELLENCE OF EVERYTHING! The communication with the property managers was outstanding. The Home was more than a ‘house’ ~ it truly had all the comforts of Home! Lovely Pool, Lovely Bedrooms, Great Kitchen, comfortable furniture and All Around Fabulous! So clean, and so many amenities, that we weren’t in need of a thing!! Beach chairs, towels, small Beach umbrella, floaties, and even a Wagon to haul it all to the Beach just 5 mins away walking!! We LOVED this Home and the people connected to it Very Much! The A/C was Great, laundry machines worked great, and all the gadgets/appliances you’d ever need are in top supply. Thank You, Thank You for sharing this Home. We were 6 adults all incredibly Pleased with our week long 4th of July stay! We will be back!

Friends Get Away Reunion

I cannot say enough about this home not only is it exactly as posted the location is walking distance to everything. The home was fully stocked so clean and the property manager went above and beyond for us our friends are from the UK and have their nightly tea before bed we didn’t see a kettle so we asked where we could go get one we were told no worries one would be delivered first thing in the morning and sure enough it was ❤️. Any questions we had were immediately answered from dinner suggestions to those pesky No see ums ( aka: mosquitoes) . If I could give this property 10 stars I would say it deserves even more including the staff that pays attention to every detail . We will definitely check out their other properties and will recommend anyone we know going to Clearwater to check out this home . Thank you so much for all of your help with this much needed vacation

Look No Further!

This property overachieved its VRBO profile. The pictures don't do it enough justice. Not only an unbelievable location in one of the best Beach Communities in the world, but it was immaculate and nestled in a very affluent Intracoastal Neighborhood only 1-2 blocks from beach. This oasis checks all the boxes and its charm will blow you away. My dog loved it there and its fully fenced in and grassy backyard, directly on the back bay! The owners are very dog friendly. I met several neighbors and they are as welcoming and can be. My stay was during the Tropical Storm/ Cat 1 Hurricane Elsa and the house was not impacted in the least bit. Maria and her Property Mgmt Team, Traci and Bob could not have been better, especially throughout the storm. They were very responsive in every way possible. You will not be disappointed with them, or your stay in this Florida paradise. Do NOT hesitate to book your stay, this hidden gem won't be a secret for long.

Best VRBO here yet!

We've stayed at many VRBOs over the last 5 years and this one blew our minds. Alot of houses in the past always had kitchen ware that was beat up or lacked any luster to want to cook from but this kitchen was fully stocked of nice kitchenware. My son used the outside grill 2 days in a row. If you are looking for rest & relaxation as well as all the attractions within a 2 block walk to Clearwater Beach then look no further! Literally the beach is a 6 minute walk and I have short legs!! The furnishings of this house met all my expectations, everything you see in the photos is exact. The beds were very comfy too and the swimming pool was awesome amenity too! The only thing that was a con was entering the front door at the time of arrival, the property manager forewarned us and took a few tries before we got in, kind of frustrating for my husband as we just drove 19 hours so he was slightly tired but once we got inside the stress melted right away and we totally forgot about the door!

Fun in the Sun!

It was hard leaving this beautiful home nestled on a quiet block in the heart of the Clearwater action! First and foremost, the cleanliness of a property is an important factor when renting, and this home did not disappoint. Not only was it spotless, it was well equipped with amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped and every appliance was in immaculate condition, including the fabulous outside gas bbq! The beds were very comfortable with plenty of room in the closets. The bathrooms were designed as beautifully as the rest of the home - impeccable! The water pressure was perfect with plenty of hot water when in use. The open floor plan is spacious and comfortable. The entire home is elegantly designed and every room is soothing. The garage is equipped with an extra refrigerator which is great to store extra food/beverages during your stay. The backyard is wonderful! There is plenty of furniture to relax on. The pool is surprisingly large, and the dock is a wonderful extension of the backyard. It is well maintained and welcoming - I recommend you set up a beach chair and enjoy a refreshing beverage or do a little fishing while chilling on the dock! The laundry room had a washer and dryer that was new and easy to use. A laundry basket was also supplied along with an iron and board if needed. There are also plenty of sheets, bath towels, pool towels, and kitchen towels on hand. The owners and the property management were a pleasure to work with. They were very accommodating and responded immediately to any inquiry we had. The only complaint I had was that my stay in this home was too short! I highly recommend this property. Thank you for a fabulous week in Clearwater. This home certainly contributed to the amazing memories that were made during our stay in Florida! My husband, teen sons, and myself had a wonderful time at this home. We look forward to coming back! Beth C.

The house and location are beautiful but the house lacked in cleanliness

The previous reviews said the home was very clean so I didn't mind paying higher cleaning fee then I have with past homes I've rented. The home was neat and things in place but not clean. The kitchen especially had food Crumbs on the counter and floor. The refrigerator handles and inside doors were filthy dirty with fingerprints etc . I used cleaning wipes to clean everything in kitchen the evening my family arrived. The patio area had paper plates stuck behind the patio furniture and the cushions had dirt and rust spots. The yard was overgrown and I was told the house had been empty for over a week yet the groundskeeper Bob, came the day after we arrived. I expected the yard to be cut and ready for us before we arrived so we wouldn't be inconvenienced during our stay. The outdoor fire table wasn't working and Bob said he would be back to fix it or replace it but that didn't happen. The tv in living room didn't work the first evening we arrived and the host was a bit short with me when I messaged about the lack of direction in regards to the tv and wifi. Tracy (team member )came the next day and spent about an hour to get the tv working. She did ask if anything else was wrong but I didnt feel comfortable complaining about how dirty the house was because I believed she was likely the cleaner. My only communication with host was in regards to the outside lights not coming on at dark which was around 8:30pm. After checking the electrical box the lights came On around 9:30... an hour after it was dark & I text Tracy three days into our stay because my family Members experienced flu like Symptoms and I asked about the water.. if it was safe to drink.. She assured me it was Safe but the water had a Musty smell. Bob did bring bottled water for us to drink. For future reference I recommend better cleaning, instructions for the wifi & tv and reset the outdoor lights to Spring hours and a water purification system. Beautiful home in a nice location.

Lovely Property

I stayed here for two weeks in the early fall (September). It was a beautiful properly, easy to access and in a stellar location. I worked with the property managers to discuss my Labrador coming before hand, per their process. The only downside is there are “spies” here. I was asked later about my dog and had to provide screenshots/messages where it was discussed. Clearly neighbors pass back feedback/observations. Not a big deal if you are on the up-and-up. Be honest and keep documentation in case the other party forgets (they were very nice once reminded). Would stay again.

Fantastic home with great location

I can’t say enough about this fantastic property. Close enough to the action so that you can bounce back and forth to the beach and walk to restaurants, yet a private oasis with a great outdoor space to get away from the crowds. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a brand new grill. The house is immaculate, beautifully furnished and well designed. Truly, we felt like friends rather than guests. I would not consider staying anywhere else if we returned to the area. Daily visits from dolphin were unforgettable!

Fabulous house stay!

We stayed at this location for 5 weeks. The house was fully stocked with anything we could have needed. Being there for 5 weeks we definitely did some cooking and grilling. I was able pretty much bake, grill, or cook anything due to a very well stocked kitchen! We spent many evenings and mornings enjoying the outdoors on the loungers and patio furniture. The beds and couch were very comfortable and clean. Any questions or concerns we had the property manager fixed the very next day. Overall, the house was wonderful! One suggestion that would make a great addition would be bikes for guests to ride around town!

Good place to stay

This home had a great location to walk around because parking cost money everywhere we went. The pool is not heated and was too cold to use during our stay. 5-10 minute walk from the beach and they had a beach wagon, beach towels, and chairs to use. We had a great time here, though check in and out directions were not provided unless prompted by us the renters. Overall, would recommend this place.
