Our family of 6 was in town for a wedding and this was the perfect house to accommodate our stay. Clean, spacious, great indoor and outdoor spaces to connect and very well organized.
This place was aMAZing! We all loved the spaciousness, the hot tub, the appointments, the book of information, and the labelled instructions where there might be confusion. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer; we only had it for 1 night. It is a great property! The host was very helpful - but delayed due to a problem with VRBO communication, but she was very apologetic and made sure all was OK for us.
We love staying at Dawn’s. Perfect location and such a uniquely curated space. It really feels like you’re stepping into a time capsule. We spent a whole evening out by the fire, talking and stargazing. The beds are extremely comfortable. Be aware there is no AC, but the fans really cool things down shockingly well. If you love the rustic ranch life, you’ll absolutely adore Dawn’s place. We keep coming back for a reason!
Space, peace, amenities and a hot tub! This place has it all and we already scheduled another visit! We love the ranch for these and many other reasons. A wonderful stay all around!
Our stay was everything we could have hoped for. The home is fully stocked with anything you could need and the grounds are beautiful with many gathering spots, a spa, and a very unique saloon. It is also steps away from the town with wonderful restaurants, wineries, and shops. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Had a fantastic time at Dawn's place for our wedding weekend! House is well equipped, large and private. Could have spent our whole weekend on the ranch! Communication with the host was excellent. Top to bottom exceptionally comfortable. Walkable to the fun and funky little town of Los Alamos! We'll be back!
We had a short stay and wished we had longer! The home was very clean and comfortable. The access to town was a short walk. The property was stunning! Will definitely stay again if so am in the area. The owner was easily reachable and very friendly with all questions.
The Eagle Creek Ranch has it all, including a curious fox. Great location and an easy walk to nearby Bob’s Well Bread, Pico, and Bell’s. Full of Life pizza to go paired with local wine made for a perfect stay in Los Alamos. Communication with Dawn was perfect as well. Can’t wait to stay here again!!
We had a great time at this property. The place is even better than the pictures show. Perfect for a family gathering, with everything you need. A true home , not just a rental. Hope to come back. Thanks!

Thank you, Mariela! I’m so glad you enjoyed it. It’s my happy place too.
We were at the site for just under a week, and the house and location was really perfect for us. And Dawn, the owner, was so easy to communicate with, and answered all of our questions! Can't wait to return - would do so without hesitation!
Could not be happier with the property. The owner makes you fell important and could not be more accommodating. Great pride in every detail of our stay. Highly recommend.
Fantastic location within walking distance of everything you’d need and the Union Hotel where we were attending a wedding. The house is well-kept and fun to explore. Enjoyed the hot tub and seeing some furry friends in the AM. Cell service around Los Alamos is unreliable, as was the internet, so plan to unplug while you are here!
What a great place! So many personal touches made this stay absolutely great. I felt like we couldn’t possibly take advantage of everything in just one day, or with only the two of us - it has so much to offer! We loved the original features combined with modern comforts. Simply magical.
Fantastic stay! Property and house were beautiful. We enjoyed eating outside - their outside loggia was beautiful. The house was well stocked and the kitchen was a great spot to cook. The beds were comfy and the tv room was fantastic. We probably played about 50 games of pool! TVs in almost every room. Dawn was a great host . She had a comprehensive info book about the property- which answered all our questions. We did wine tasting and three hikes within a half an hour from the house. My family loved the property.
