Not as clean or well kept up as expected. Refrigerator had problems, gooey spill on shelves and ice maker did not work. Told by host that coffee maker was for ground coffee when I asked if K cups would work. Turned out it was a dual coffee maker after I repurchased ground coffee after leaving the K cups behind. Lower level body wash dispensers were empty in both bathrooms and toilet seat was loose. On the positive side the kitchen was well equipped with cooking and serving supplies and the view was beautiful. Beds were comfortable and linens were clean.

We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, and we’ll be following up with our team to make sure they’re addressed. We also appreciate you letting us know about the coffee maker. We weren’t aware that it was a dual coffee maker, and I’m sorry our information caused you an unnecessary inconvenience. We’ll be updating our property information so future guests receive the correct details. I’m glad you were able to enjoy the beautiful view, comfortable beds, and some of the other amenities of the home. Thank you for booking your stay with us and we hope to host you again in the future.

We are 6 senior couples who have taken mini-trips together for 6 years. Some of our criteria for a rental is handi-capped accessibility for one of the couples. Everyone likes their own bath. The other is gathering space for the whole group. All Decked Out met those requirements. The views were breath taking. Our day trips into Blue Ridge were fun.
