Flowing, open floor plan welcomes you inside with a gourmet kitchen and all the gadgets, dining and seating areas to choose from, comfortable and oversized furniture to sink into making it easy to feel at home. Master suite on the first floor for privacy and convenience with a King sized bed and ensuite master bath featuring double sinks and an elegant, tile and glass, walk in shower. Main level 1/2 bath and laundry complete the first floor amenities. On the second level is a large, shared bathroom with sunken tub and shower, plus 3 more bedrooms, one with a King sized bed, one with a King bed and Full bed, and one with a Queen sleeper sofa! This home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood and has a paved driveway for ample parking, even for your boat and trailer. One bay of the garage is available for your use, as well. Just minutes away from marinas and the Gilford Town Beach where you will have access to for those hot and sunny beach days. Gunstock Ski area is less than 10 minutes away and this home is centrally located to shopping and restaurants. Linens are included by Break Away Rentals!
