My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate our 20th anniversary and it was perfect. From the cozy “suite” to the relaxing hot tub, everything was fantastic. Shawn was super responsive and helpful. We enjoyed dinner and a brunch in Laconia which was only about 12 minutes. Overall it was all we hoped for.

We loved the location of this home. It was near the bank of NH pavilion and very close to the lake! There was plenty of space and the property manager was very responsive. Would recommend

We absolutely LOVED our stay in Guilford! We were in town for a wedding, and this house ended up being the perfect home base for our family of 5 adults and made the whole weekend even more enjoyable.From the very beginning, communication with the host was incredibly easy. They were responsive, helpful, and made everything from check-in to our stay completely stress-free.The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we could need. You could tell the hosts really put thought into making their guests comfortable. One of the best features was that the upstairs bedrooms had their own individual heat and air-conditioning unit, so everyone could set their room to exactly the temperature they wanted—a huge plus when traveling with a group!And the hot tub was AMAZING! It was such a fun way to relax, hang out, and unwind together during a busy wedding weekend.There was plenty of space for everyone to be together while still having room to spread out and relax. Between the comfortable bedrooms, great amenities, spotless house, awesome hot tub, and fantastic host, we really couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.If you're heading to Guilford for a wedding, getaway, or just a fun weekend with friends or family, this house is a fantastic choice! We had an amazing time, would absolutely stay here again, and HIGHLY recommend it!

Great property

We had a great time staying at this property. The place was well kept and had plenty of activities for all ages. The check in and out process was seamless. Hot tub was larger than appears in pictures and well taken care of. 5 min ride to all the activities of the lake. We look forward to staying at this property again

Great Place to stay!

This was a perfect for our annual family vacation. A nice quiet neighborhood! A perfect location to other family in the Gilford area. This property perfectly suited what we needed in terms of bedrooms and space. The cabin was very clean so we felt very comfortable here. The AC worked well and was nice to have. The game room, hot tub and fire pit were great added amenities. The hosts Shaun & Dolly were fantastic to work with. Clear communication and easy check in. We enjoyed it so much we booked for next year.

great but little things

My wife and enjoyed hosting our two sons and their families of two children each. There is more than enough room. There are many things for us to do on the property or nearby. My only suggestions are replacing the worthless blue cushions on the porch and all pillows in the house. Quality pillows equals a good night's sleep. These weren't quality. Either provides complimentary toiletries or advises customers to bring their own soap, shampoo, etc. Help explain the EIGHT! Remotes for the many TV's. And explain how to access the primary home page of the TV channels.

Hi David, thank you for the feedback, we really appreciate it and will make necessary changes. We just wished you reached out to us during your stay for the remotes. The worthless cushions you mentioned were a gift from our next door neighbor so we use them as appreciation to her making them for us so folks have a place to sit. We will revisit them to make sure they are ok. As for toiletries, we do state on the “amenities “ section of our listing on what we provide and what we don’t previously to your arrival. Again, thank you for the feedback, we are looking into everything you mentioned. Glad the rest of your stay was great.

This is our second year staying here. It suites our family well. The hosts are very responsive. This cabin is perfectly situated for all the fun stuff to do at Winnipesaukee! It’s is clean and comfortable. We just booked our 2027 trip at this property.
