Beautiful Aquinnah Retreat

MUDDROOM: Large Closet, Air Conditioner, Stocked with Beach towel's.

KITCHEN: Granite counter top's, Dishwasher, Gas Viking Stove and fridgerator, Microwave, Toaster oven, Espresso/Coffee maker. Fully stocked with cooking supplies, Silverware, Plates, and Glasses.

DINING & LIVING ROOM: Cable/Wifi, Air conditioner, 36" flat screen TV, Radio/CD player, Dining table seat's 6 ( there are also 3 stool's at kitchen island), Large Window's with stunning view of Noman's Land Island. There is a 20'x12' deck off of the dining room with a outside table that seats 6 people, umbrella, and a gas grill. ( beautiful ocean view and sunsets)

UP-STAIR'S BATHROOM: sink, toilet

MASTER BEDROOM: King bed, Full Bathroom( large stand up shower), 36" TV, Private balcony, Ocean View

-DOWN STAIR'S -

BATHROOM: Shower/Bath tub, Two sinks, Toilet, Closet

BED ROOM 1: Two twin beds, closet

BED ROOM 2: Full size bed, closet, View of garden and ocean

BED ROOM 3: Queen bed, two dresser's, door out to patio and outdoor shower

LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer/dryer, full sink, full size fridge

OUTSIDE PATIO: Outdoor shower, Herb and Veggie Garden's **Feel free to pick and eat from garden's**, Fire pit with outdoor furniture ( plenty of fire wood available) The patio is Beautiful on those warm summer nights!

TRASH AND RECYCLE: There are bin's outside for cans/bottles and trash. Dump day's are Thursday and Sunday. If you need a mid week trash pick up feel free to call us on Wednesday and let us know.

great location! lovely home

What a joy it was to spend 2 weeks at this house! Its calm elegance lent a lot to our vacation. The house was clean and comfortable with updated baths and kitchen. The ocean view from the main rooms was a treat. The private beach was a bit rocky and was most useful at low tide but there were plenty of other places to go. Thanks to Abe and Mimi for great communication and offers of help. We hope to be back!

Fantastic Aquinnah Retreat

Wonderful remote location with great views and a very responsive host. Excellent beach access, well equipped kitchen and lovely deck.
