Nestled in the heart of The Sea Ranch, this 2,500 sq ft home is minimalist and serene with concrete floors and natural light throughout.

There are three bedrooms, two with a queen bed and twin bed / twin trundle and bathroom with small tub/shower. These rooms are ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. The third bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom with shower. Each bedroom has access to the enclosed courtyard and hot tub. Laundry room & garage are accessible through one of the main bedrooms. Inside the garage there is a Rivian wall charger for electric vehicles available.

The open living & dining space is ideal for entertaining. It has a large kitchen island with breakfast bar, dining table, & sitting area with a fireplace. There is a wrap around hallway with meadow & ocean views that leads to a craft table, family room, artist's loft and a private courtyard with hot tub. Puzzles & games are available.

Enjoy the beauty of Sea Ranch while spending quality time in this relaxed beach house. Sea Ranch trails are easily accessible and it is a short walk to the Olson Recreation Center (Pool/Sauna/Tennis Courts/Library). Stengel Beach is a two minute walk from the house.

Child friendly. Dogs welcome.

SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 4 (four), with a 2-car garage available. No RV's

Serene Coastal Retreat – Even Better Than Expected!

Our stay at this Sea Ranch property was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the peaceful setting, stunning ocean views, and thoughtful design of the home. The house was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.

Great house

Great house. Kitchen is well equipped. Check in/out process requiring driving to and from Gualala seems unecessary.

The kitchen was very well equipped although there were zero foodstuffs besides salt and pepper. It’s very close to the ocean and good for blufftop walks. We saw few animals though that might be a seasonal thing. The quail we did see were very charming.

Reviewer Comments: Rented this house with a group of adult friends for a birthday and everyone loved how spacious it was with two living spaces, how easy it was to cook in the kitchen, and the view out to the ocean from the back door. we also loved the personal touches like leaving a dog biscuit out for our dog, who came along. The booking process was relatively easy, communicative, and professional. Would stay here again.

Lovely Stay near the main pool

This was a good house for 3 couples with kids. It's location near the main pool is great and the kitchen and central area is perfect for hanging out. Their is not much outdoor furniture so you might consider bringing your own beach chairs for reading on the porch. The grill is also a charcoal grill, which is fine, but just an FYI. We also used this is a venue for a lovely hike to the Lodge on 1 day and lovely hike to the northern tip of Sea Ranch on the next day! No complaints.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented The Brach House and another house down the street for a week over Christmas. We have a family of 14 so we needed two houses. Thankfully the other house was large, cozy and inviting and we only had to use The Beach House for sleeping. The house has a lot of deferred maintenance plus the floors are concrete and there are no window coverings. It’s cold. The bedrooms have carpeting and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are small but they’re carpeted so they’re not cold. This might be a good house for a bachelor party.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea Ranch is magnificent and this house was exactly what you would want for a family vacation. A beautiful place with lots to do for the kids and Romantic for the parents. The house was big enough and spread out in a great way. So you could send the kids to the other side of the house to be loud, or escape there yourselves. Like all rentals there were a few quirks. A few things literally fell apart when you touched them, but nothing dangerous. Also, not being able to just leave the keys in the house when we left instead of having to drive the opposite direction of our long drive to return them was kind of a pain. Again a small thing that could be changed pretty easily.

Great location

Like many Sea Ranch homes this property is quirky in its layout. It’s also not what I would call “cozy” — concrete floors and very minimalist/modern decor. There is also not a lot of privacy, aside from one very small bedroom. However, there’s a great ocean view from the house, tons of windows, and easy access to the bluff trail and beach. There’s a small coveted porch with chairs and a great view of the ocean. The beds are comfortable and the house is well-stocked. There’s also a good amount of living space for spreading out inside. Overall a good choice for those who plan to spend a lot of time enjoying the tails and who want an ocean view.

Spectacular location

The house has a very spare, light, airy, Scandinavian feel. It felt a little stark when we arrived, but we warmed up to it. It was very clean and had a very well-equipped and organized kitchen. The layout is a little odd, but we got used to that too. My only recommendation to the owner would be a new dinning room table and chairs. The existing one felt a little unstable and there were only 3 chairs (for a house that sleeps 10). We found 2 folding chairs in the closet, but a larger group would have to pull chairs from other rooms. The management company was very courteous to work with. Recommend Stewart's Point Store for the baked goods - but get there early!

The proximity to the beach was amazing - it took a matter of minutes before we were at the water and the kids and the dog loved the ease and the sweet little beach spot below the house. The hot tub was great although sad it has no ocean view and is placed in a small courtyard in the middle of the property. We found some of the furniture and property to be a bit run down. In addition the two main bedrooms are directly above the kitchen and living area and so noise can be a challenge - if there are people in the kitchen the noise carries very easily into the bedrooms making sleeping in difficult. Overall this is a sweet house with lots of lovely features.

A lovely spot in Sea Ranch!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at The Beach House for 4 days over the weekend of our wedding. We had a wonderful time staying with family and enjoying the spacious living areas in the house. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware and we really appreciated the option to compost our food scraps and to save water using the dishwasher! Looking up at the stars from the hot tub was magical. The only downsides were that several chairs from the main dining table seemed to be broken or missing when we arrived, which made seating our family a bit of a challenge. We also think it would be great to have a futon in the game loft for people to play games and sleep up there! And, this is not exactly the fault of the rental, but Stengel Beach was closed due to broken stairs. We were planning to meet friends on the beach but didn't know it was closed until we arrived. We were disappointed since we chose The Beach House specifically for the access to Stengel Beach. We would definitely stay again, it was the perfect place to celebrate the beginning of our marriage with our family.

It was so bright, well furnished, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could imagine! My boys loved the art table facing the meadow and the loft full of puzzles and toys. We loved the view and the hot tub. I cannot say enough lovely things about this house other than I wanted to stay forever!
