Entra y notarás de inmediato el brillante y alegre plano. La cocina gourmet cuenta con nuevos mostradores de granito, gabinetes y electrodomésticos. Está completamente equipado con todos los utensilios para sus necesidades de cocina. La sala de estar tiene una mesa de comedor con capacidad para seis personas, muebles bonitos y un televisor de plasma grande. Salga al balcón para ver por qué es conocida la Florida: playas de arena blanca y aguas cristalinas del golfo. Lo más probable es que pases cada momento aquí disfrutando de los sitios.

The location is perfect, especially if you have teenagers. They can hang out on the beach and the boardwalk. There are pleanty of fishing and boating options available. The view is fantastic. The balcony overlooks the gulf and the entry to Johns Pass. You can sit and watch the boats come an go all day.The overall condo could use some upgrades. One of the balcony doors doesn't lock and there are some minor issues with other doors. As an example, the front door is difficult to work with the locking system. However, overall, this is a fantastic place to stay and we will go back if our schedules allow next year.

Great Beach Getaway

Very nice overall. Nice condition. Nice kitchen supplies, beds, bathrooms, couches, tvs. Two charcoal grills. Good internet. Amazing balcony and proximity to beach. Watch sunset everyday from balcony. Great access to John’s Pass. Pool was nice and heated but a little too busy at times. The pool is a little on the small side.

Another great Madeira Norte stay, but not the greatest unit...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our sixth stay at Madeira Norte, and seventh overall with SunHost, in Madeira Beach. We have stayed in multiple different units in the complex and they have all been excellent in their own way. Unit #311 is a wonderfully located unit being straight beachfront with a great view over the trees.The unit was generally very clean and reasonably appointed, but was not without some issues. The most glaring issue was the quality of the beds. We don't go looking for "The Ritz" when we stay anywhere, but the master bed was simply a broken down, creaking mattress with a 4" topper thrown on top. The two twin beds were not much better. This is something the owner must remedy if they expect good reviews. While the unit did provide the basic necessities one would expect, most units will offer a few small items that should not be considered "extras" for the comfort of the guests. Things such as an extra pillow or a spare blanket for if someone wants to nap on the couch go a long way, but this unit didn't have anything like that.Once again, Madeira Norte is a wonderful property and Unit #311 is a serviceable unit. It just needs some additions and upgrading to be on par with other units in the complex.

The view from the balcony is perfect and looks right over the ocean and is great for watching the sunset. Chairs on balcony were very nice. The office was great about repairing the minor issues we had. The only negative was all the mattresses were awful, worn out and uncomfortable. In the master a foam pad had been added but did not help. For that reason, I probably would not stay in this condo again. 7 nights of not sleeping good can put a damper on vacation. I have not experienced this before in any other condo I have stayed in at Madeira Norte.

Great View but Horrible Upstairs Guests

Great view and location. Nicely furnished except for pillows and mattress in master bedroom. Guests staying above us had kids running at 7am and 11pm - we were told to call the police. They need a better system for keeping other guests accountable. Also guests on 4th floor with dog - which we were told were not allowed. We weren’t given access to use the elevator in the back of building where our parking spot and unit were located. For three weeks, the inconveniences were a lot given what we paid.

Unfortunately the unit next door had a lot of construction going on so that was a bit annoying but I didn't let it spoil my time there. The shopping and food right across the street makes it that I didn't have to use my car much. I would definitely recommend this unit as a great choice for anyone looking for a great vacation!

Can't beat the view

The unit needs some updating. There is peeling paint in the kitchen and both bathrooms. The paint is also chipped in many areas of the unit. The king size bed is uncomfortable with a strange foam pad added that doesn't fit the bed.The Sunhost team does a great job of ensuring the unit is clean when you arrive.

Ideal Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very happy with our stay. You are right across the street from John's Pass and about 100 yards from the Gulf of Mexico. Don't need a car or have to worry about parking meters.
