Spotless beachside home with all the bells and whistles. We are steps to the sand and yet private and quiet. Home is managed by owner who makes sure that everything is fresh and updated with each guest's arrival.

This lovely remodeled beach home hits all your check marks. Three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, inside laundry room, 2 car garage, views on two levels to the ocean and private quiet location despite being only a few steps to the sand. Bottom level has spacious patio with barbecue and fire pit. Mid level has second bedroom, well-equipped kitchen with lots of counter space, a dining room and eating bar, a family room and two balconies. The balcony off the dining room has a view to the ocean. Top level is a Master bedroom suite that will take your breath away. Views of the ocean from your bed and bedroom patio, walk-in closet, spacious and private bath. 3 flat screen TVs throughout the house.

A two car garage solves your parking challenges and because everything is so close, you won't really need your car.
For you water sport fans, surfing schools are steps away. And after a full day in the blue water and white sand, shower off in our out door shower with hot water before slipping into your vacation attire and enjoying the moment.
Stroll down the lengthy boardwalk and catch an unforgettable sunset, take a bike ride around the entire bay, or just simply put your feet in the sand and enjoy. In the heart of Mission Beach, steps to Better Buzz Coffee, The Mission (famous for incredible breakfast and lunch) and uncountable beach restaurants, taverns and treat shops. 5 minutes to Belmont Park and SeaWorld and only 15 minutes to the world famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, La Jolla cove and beaches, Gaslamp District, and San Diego Airport.

Everything about the home was fantastic. Accurate description and very clean and well maintained. Garage was fantastic and fit a Ford Explorer. Everything you needed to cook or bbq a meal and everything you need for the beach. Great location and would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Really nice beach house in the most convenient location. Very tastefully decorated. Easily walkable to Belmont Park, the pier in Pacific Beach, restaurants and shops. This stretch of Mission Beach is quieter, so it's especially nice for kids. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Property is in a great location near bars/restaurants and a 1 minute walk to the beach. Only a few minutes the other way is the bay. Home was very clean, well equipped, and living area was very comfortable for 6 of us to sit and catch up. Would not hesitate to book again.
