We’re repeaters to this property because of location, comfort of the home and close to the beach. Plenty of beach chairs, toys and bikes to enhance your stay. Grill was clean and ready for use. Beds are comfy. Kitchen is fully stocked. Communication was great! Coffee and small market just across the street. Great restaurants steps away. Lots of outside sitting areas, 3 smaller balconies and the patio with an outside shower to clean up after the beach. Would recommend.

This was our first time in San Diego and we were so happy with this property choice. Super close to the ocean. Nice house layout with the separate floors/bedrooms/bathrooms. Another plus being a great proximity to a convenience store, not to mention restaurants, the bay, etc. Looking forward to a return trip someday!

This is a beautiful, clean, spacious, well appointed home in a perfect location for any trip to San Diego. It was really nice to have parking on the property for trips we couldn’t make my foot. Communication was always incredibly quick, thorough, and gracious! We loved every minute of our stay and would give it 10 stars if that were an option.

Everything was clean and it's a great location a couple blocks from the beach. We enjoyed the restaurants that were steps from the property and enjoyed walking the Mission Bay path for other restaurants and activities. The garage is a bit tight if you have a large SUV but ours still fit. Was a great space for our family of four and we would definitely rent here again.

We had another wonderful stay (2nd time) at this beach house. The location is ideal for our week at the beach as it is just a short walk to feet in the sand and within walking distance of Belmont Park and Crystal Pier. The beach house is perfect for our family with bedrooms and bathrooms on each of the 3 levels. Everyone has their own space. Our grandkids love having bunk beds. The house was clean and well appointed with everything we needed to enjoy the week. We hope to come back next year!

We loved the property for our family. Since we were traveling with our adult kids, it was nice that we each had our own floor/bedroom to go to when we were tired. The location was quiet and an easy walk to lots of restaurants or the store. The only concern was with the parking garage. It did not fit our two midsize cars. Great location, great stay!

This location is perfect! So close to the beach and just a block away from great restaurants. The house was clean and everything went smoothly. We also loved the patio and fire pit for s’mores.
