Spotless beachside home with all the bells and whistles. We are steps to the sand and yet private and quiet. Home is managed by owner who makes sure that everything is fresh and updated with each guest's arrival.

This lovely remodeled beach home hits all your check marks. Three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, inside laundry room, 2 car garage, views on two levels to the ocean and private quiet location despite being only a few steps to the sand. Bottom level has spacious patio with barbecue and fire pit. Mid level has second bedroom, well-equipped kitchen with lots of counter space, a dining room and eating bar, a family room and two balconies. The balcony off the dining room has a view to the ocean. Top level is a Master bedroom suite that will take your breath away. Views of the ocean from your bed and bedroom patio, walk-in closet, spacious and private bath. 3 flat screen TVs throughout the house.

A two car garage solves your parking challenges and because everything is so close, you won't really need your car.
For you water sport fans, surfing schools are steps away. And after a full day in the blue water and white sand, shower off in our out door shower with hot water before slipping into your vacation attire and enjoying the moment.
Stroll down the lengthy boardwalk and catch an unforgettable sunset, take a bike ride around the entire bay, or just simply put your feet in the sand and enjoy. In the heart of Mission Beach, steps to Better Buzz Coffee, The Mission (famous for incredible breakfast and lunch) and uncountable beach restaurants, taverns and treat shops. 5 minutes to Belmont Park and SeaWorld and only 15 minutes to the world famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, La Jolla cove and beaches, Gaslamp District, and San Diego Airport.

Beach cruisers, towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys all provided.

Everything about the home was fantastic. Accurate description and very clean and well maintained. Garage was fantastic and fit a Ford Explorer. Everything you needed to cook or bbq a meal and everything you need for the beach. Great location and would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

This house is AMAZING! Easy walking to many places to eat and easy walking to kayaking. We kept the windows open all night and listened to the ocean, it was so relaxing.

We loved this beach house!! It was very clean and the floor plan was perfect for our family! Each of the three floors has a bedroom and a full bath giving everyone their own space! The beds were comfortable and the kids loved having bunk beds. The warm outdoor shower was wonderful for getting the sand off after a day at the beach. The location was amazing! We were halfway between Crystal Pier and Belmont Park so we had lots of dining and entertainment options that were within walking distance. The beach is literally steps away! There are also a couple of great options for coffee that are just a quick easy walk.The host was welcoming and responsive. We rent a beach house every summer and this is our favorite without question. Our family all agreed that we would definitely stay here again!

I've stayed at this property a few times and absolutely love it every time!! It's steps from the beach and close to wonderful restaurants. So clean and comfortable. Very safe and secure. Easy to communicate with the host. All good things!! Will definitely be returning! Thank you for having us!!

Great location

We had a fun time at this house. The garage and accessories in the garage were great. We used the bikes and chairs. The outside heated shower and fire pit were great amenities. The AC was great and necessary for the 3 floors. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the coffee maker worked well. The floor plan allowed us to each have a private space. There is a ration of paper towels, TP, laundry detergent, trash bags and dishwasher pods for use which I’ve never encountered before but I guess some guests must clean out the supplies. I would definitely stay here again. The location itself was also good. Not too far from Pacific Beach or Belmont.

"Girls" Trip

Three senior ladies took a girls trip to San Diego. This house was perfect for us - bedrooms and baths on three different levels so we all had our own space, and a very comfortable common area. The beds are comfy, bedding and bath towels high-end. The kitchen has all the basic necessities to make simple meals like breakfast and there is a nice outdoor grill as well. The property is so well-located, we couldn't ask for more...a stone's throw to the beach, restaurants, shops, and if you just want to hang at home, the patio is sweet. Elaine is very responsive and pleasant to work with. This entire experience was great...highly recommend this home!

Family Vacation

We stayed at the house for 4 days and it was perfect for our family. Clean and well stocked. Elaine was easy to work with. The house is located in a quieter part of mission beach but still a short walk to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back.

Lovely stay by the beach

Property is in a great location near bars/restaurants and a 1 minute walk to the beach. Only a few minutes the other way is the bay. Home was very clean, well equipped, and living area was very comfortable for 6 of us to sit and catch up. Would not hesitate to book again.

Perfect location

Really nice beach house in the most convenient location. Very tastefully decorated. Easily walkable to Belmont Park, the pier in Pacific Beach, restaurants and shops. This stretch of Mission Beach is quieter, so it's especially nice for kids. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Amazing location and perfect home

The location was amazing. The house is perfect for each couple to have their own private level. Also, really enjoyed have all the beach toys and bikes available for use. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

This place was perfect! Steps from the beach and close to everything else. Everything we needed was already there. My kids loved having bikes to ride and boogie boards. My grandson loved all the sand toys. Elaine was very accommodating and answered my questions promptly from booking and throughout the stay. Thank you for sharing your place with us! It was beautiful and we would definitely stay here again!

Long weekend girls trip

Our group really enjoyed our long weekend stay at this Mission Beach home! The location could not have been better, just steps from the beach and lots of cute restaurants and coffee shops. The house was nicely appointed and the beds were comfortable. Traveling from out of state to San Diego we appreciated access to towels, beach chairs and bicycles in the garage as well. I definitely recommend this property and would love the chance to stay again on a return trip to San Diego!

Our stay was amazing. The house was in a great location and very clean. We had a few hiccups with our stay but Elaine was on top of it and got them taken care of extremely quick and professionally. We will try and stay on this property again.

San Diego golf trip

The house was absolutely perfect for our golf trip to San Diego. The location was amazing, being just a few steps from the beach, as well as good food and drink options next door. It was also just a short Uber or scooter away from other great bars and restaurants. Additionally, it was only one block away from what seemed like the only liquor store in the area. The house was very clean when we arrived. It is three floors, each with it's own bedroom and bathroom and patio/deck, so the layout was nice as well. The garage was spacious, the AC worked well, having beach chairs and bikes was amazing, the beds were very comfortable. I can't say enough nice things about this place. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to San Diego.
