Large living room with leather sofa and 70" TV, a full width balcony with view of the manicured property and pool area. Bedroom with queen bed, walk in closet and 42' flat screen tv on wall and attached bathroom. High end 100% cotton sheets and towels.

Close walking distance to trails at Lake Murray, easy access to I8 the main East West artery, and walking distance to groceries and several very good restaurants.

This condo is fantastic - comfortable, clean, and in an excellent, walkable location. The kitchen is very well appointed, making it easy and enjoyable to cook during my stay. Having assigned off street parking was a huge bonus. The hosts are wonderful: extremely responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely committed to making sure you have a great stay. I will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

I have learned with vacation rentals there are good owners and there are bad owners, however, I have just experienced a new class of Excellent owners! This place is as described and depicted, has every amenity you could possibly want or need, and is clean and in good repair. Contact with owners was minimal but on point and experienced the easiest access and communication ever with VRBO. Well done!!
