One Block to Ocean and One Block to Bay in Secluded South Mission Beach. Stay here with us to enjoy the beach and bay away from the crowds. Restaurants, Markets, Rentals Amusement park, Indoor Pool and Health Club are within walking distance right across the park. Shops, Restaurants, para sailing, jet skis, Rentals for Bikes, Boogie Boards, Surfboards etc are extremely close. Belmont Park is only a stone throw away as well. Stay in South Mission Beach and Enjoy the perfect picturesque sunsets everyday.

The studio has vinyl floors throughout. Full kitchen with everything you need: Pots, Pans, Plates, Utensils, Glasses, Cups, Coffee Maker, Stove & Oven and Full Sized Refrigerator. Laundry onsite as well. Relax seated on the patio reading a book or playing a guitar taking in the luke warm and breezy air.

No guests will be allowed on property without disclosure prior to booking reservation.

Guest access

You will have access to BBQ, private outside patio seating, 1 reserved parking space and anything inside of your apartment. 1 GBPS Fiber High Speed WIFI Internet is shared. You will have a personal fully equipped kitchen with all essentials.

Interaction with guests

Our office in in the same building. However, we will not be bothering you during your stay. We are always available if you need anything.

Note: All guests will need to agree and sign the terms stated in Rules below when they make reservation. A Confirmation Contract and Reservation Request Form will be emailed and must be completed and returned. Also we require guest(s) to send copies to Identification prior to checking in to receive a lockbox code.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please start a load of towels, top sheets, fitted sheets, pillow cases, floor mats in the Washer on the west side of the building. Laundry soap is under the sink.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Animals: animals present on property will result in immediate eviction with no refunds and a $1000 Fine
No parties/noise. $1000.00 fine if complaint by neighbor. Management may terminate tenancy IMMEDIATE EVICTION with NO REFUND. (Quiet Hours 10PM-7AM)
Failure to depart by 10:00 AM may result in additional charges/unit ($100 for one hour,1 nights rent after 1 hour)

Reunion

We enjoyed the studio. It was difficult to open the lock box with the key. The place was clean & had extra towels available which was nice. There were no bowls for cereal etc which would have been nice to know. Only 2 parking spaces for units & they are SKINNY. Location was AMAZING!!! Close to beach & boardwalk with shops & restaurants. Gal in the office was very helpful. Nice to have free laundry onsite. Will stay again.

Top Notch Location

Loved staying at this rental. The location can’t be beat and Sarina was very communicative and kind. The parking was tight but we got used to it by the end of the trip. Would stay here again!

We were originally booked for the Cozy Studio but were "upgraded" to one of their other locations on Mission Blvd. The studio we had had an electrical issue with the ceiling fan. Luke couldn't get it fixed right away so they put us in another studio which worked out great. The studio was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend staying here. Very close to the beach. Clean & comfortable.
