Charming 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Home Located in the Quiet Neighborhood of Rolando/SDSU College Area. The home offers a very comfortable living room, two small bedrooms, and a large bathroom. The Kitchen is Well Equipped. There is also a utility room with a washer/dryer, and large utility sink. The Backyard offers a large covered patio along with a fully fenced in backyard. Both bedrooms have Smart TV's. Wifi is provided along with a Landline Telephone. Quiet, Clean and Well Mannered Pets are Welcome! Guests traveling with an RV or Trailer have the option to park in front of the home or in the large driveway.

Cute property with a great backyard!!

We spent the weekend here with no issues. The property has everything you might need and the host was very responsive to all messages. It's in a quiet neighborhood easily accessible to anything you might need or want to do while in town. Loved the backyard for the kids to play!

Staying here is close enough to everything San Diego has to offer: museums, outdoor experiences, music and sports venues are close enough with a car. Truly a cozy two bedroom with nice yard for the dogs.

Everything you need is within a short drive. The property is in a quiet neighborhood so sleeping wasn't a problem. It was also equipped with almost anything you would need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This house was the perfect location with great amenities. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet. We easily made trips to the beach and to the zoo. Highly recommend staying here.
