Beautiful home in the BEST location in Pacific Beach. Located 1/2 block from the beach (across the street), and just as close to the best restaurants and night life that Pacific Beach has to offer. The home will sleep 8 comfortably. And it has A/C (rare for the area)! The house comes with bikes (5), boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. It has a garage (2 full sized cars). One of the nicest vacation rentals in the area, with everything needed for a great beach vacation!



The home is in a gated community right in the heart of PB. It has 7 beds and will sleep 8 comfortable. The home is newer construction ( one of the nicest buildings in all of PB) and has A/C. The beach is across the street and restaurants and bars are just as close. The location is very convenient, with the grocery store, Starbucks next door. You`ll have the best of all worlds, a very nice, quiet home in the heart of all of the action. It has everything that you`ll need for a terrific beach vacation.



Everything in this home is either new or like new. It has cable TV, free wifi, washer/dryer, blow dryers, Keurig Coffee maker, ironing board, and a fully stocked kitchen with some condiments. Bed linens and bath towels are also provided, as well as shampoo and body wash. There is a high chair, stroller, and pack & play for babies. Boogie boards(3), beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, beach cruisers(5) for your use. There is a garage that will fit 2 full size cars, or 1 large SUV with standard height. All other parking is on the street ( while quite large it will NOT accommodate a lifted vehicle or one with a Tall roof rack)



I live close to this property so if you need anything, I`ll be there to help. If I happen to be traveling I will make sure that you have a personal point of contact, to make your stay as fun as possible.



Pacific beach has to be one of the premier beach vacation spots in the world. We are right across the street from the beach and a short walk down the Boardwalk to the pier. The local grocery store is next door as well as Starbucks. There is everything here that one would expect in a beach area, surfing, kayaking, snorkeling, parasailing, boat rentals, and fishing excursions close by. Belmont Park is just down the Boardwalk. Enjoy the excitement of horse racing at Del Mar Park. Sea World is about 2 miles away. La Jolla is just a couple of miles up the road. You also have the exciting downtown nightlife with the Gas Lamp District, Petco Park, Sea Port Village and Coronado Island, just a short drive. I almost forgot the world Famous San Diego Zoo and Scripps, which are also just short drives, as well.



The public transportation stop is directly across the street. On weekends, there is a bus that will pick you up and take you to the Gas Lamp District and bring you back (there is a cost associated). We provide some beach cruisers (6) that you use to enjoy the boardwalk and surrounding area. The local grocery store is less than 50 yards away. When you get here, you will be able to park your car in a private garage and never have to drive the entire time you are here, if you choose.
