Ten minutes to Sullivans Island and 10 minutes to downtown Charleston. Five minutes to Shem Creek. Queen bed with in room refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Private entrance and parking space. Neighborhood is walking friendly. Great location for easy access to all area attractions. EV owners, feel free to plug in for the night and start your day with a full charge. Adapter available. This little cozy place was perfect for us. The tesla charging was a huge help. Its tucked away on an adorable street of nice homes and near by attractions. Would absolutely stay here again! So grateful to have found it!

I really enjoyed staying at David’s cozy 1 bedroom. It was smartly organized, with everything working, smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, coffee maker, comfortable bed, nice updated shower, and 2-ply toilet paper . Important. The room was perfect for our 2 nights in Charleston. The neighborhood is close to Credit One stadium and close proximity to the beach. It was well-furnished and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again.
