Perfect romantic mountain getaway for our anniversary. The cabin was cozy and quaint. Having the creek so close was a bonus, as the sound of the water made for a soothing and tranquil time. I highly recommend if ever in need of a romantic spot.

Great stay. Only recommendation for future guests is to check conditions if you plan to fish while there. We did not realize the stream was very low, but no reflection on the host or property at all!

A stunning place to retreat, with a bubbly stream meandering through the property.Lovely, homey cabin.. One large cozy room. Would have liked to check out at 11:00 am rather than 10:00 am.(For the cost)

Thank you so much for staying with us at our little piece of Paradise. when we are not in peak season with back to back rentals with only a five hour turnaround window, we do generously offer later check out, but it is nearly impossible to do that and have the Cabins ❣️ cleaned immaculately as well as the property with the grill and the hot tub I do hope that you had a safe trip home and thank you again for your stay. .

Cozy but small. Definitely does not sleep 4. Was tight with just 2 people. No shelter from the rain outside. If it rains you're stuck inside. Remember this is a one room cabin. If you're traveling with another person you will not have any privacy.

My husband & 3 boys always stayed there when we would travel up from Florida . The boys loved sleeping in the pull out in front of the fireplace at night . I am sorry it rained during your stay we would always play on the creek on rainy days when they were little . I hope you have safe travels home.

The property was exactly as described. We had a super relaxing time by the babbling brook! Plenty of linens and kitchen equipment. The hot tube was great as well. We would rent this place again.

The creek was so mesmerizing — both sound and sights. We enjoyed grilling and eating alfresco, fishing, hot tub and fire one night. Loved the abundance of towels and the bed was comfy! The road is winding so we enjoyed day trips and returned before dark. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our visit! It was a cozy retreat for just the 2 of us to get away. The house was very clean and felt welcoming. Outside we really enjoyed listening to the stream and watching for wildlife.

While the cabin may be suitable for a couple, we found it too small for three adults. Additionally, there is no storage for clothing, which required us to keep everyone’s bags on the floor. The location beside the road at the bottom of the mountain also meant that tractor-trailer trucks using air brakes were quite loud. Regarding the accommodations, we found the bed mattress to be too soft. Furthermore, the pull-out sofa mattress had food particles on it, so we had to vacuum it and change the sheets ourselves upon arrival. Installing handrails for the hot tub steps and placing non-slip strips on the shower floor for safety would be appreciated.

My wife and I absolutely loved the cabin. Beautiful, very clean, nice gas grill and very new and very clean hot tub. Completely furnished with every amenity. Gorgeous stream stocked with trout. Very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be returning to creekside cabin.

Loved our stay here! It was in a great location for hitting some fishing spots along the creek and very clean! Bed and furnishings were comfortable and kitchen stocked with what you need :) Hot tub was immaculate and communication was great. Not too far from Boone for day trip, but you're down the mountain and it felt like you were away from everything in the best way!

The cabin was nice and clean and everything you needed was available.The gas grill did not work, so we couldn't do our outside dinner.The area around was amazing. We enjoyed our walks on the trails with our Dog and our shopping in Boone.Cabin would need some improvements, like new matress and a covered front porch and Deck, so you could enjoy sitting outside, even if it's raining.We did not use the Hot Tub because of all the fallen leaves in the gutters.Other than that it was a relaxed and wonderful vacation.

Great hospitality from the host. Very clean and perfect for a weekend couples get away trip. Fire pit located along the water was a plus as well as the hot tub. Quiet and beautiful drive to the cabin. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would return for future vacations.
