About Jackie

My husband and I live near the beach but love the change of season. We visited the Boone area with friends and skied Beech and Sugar Mountains and explored the area together with our family.

We love having the best of both worlds.....

Jackie purchased this cabin in 2006

Why Jackie chose Blue Ridge Mountains

Beautiful countryside with amazing views. Breathtaking and love the change of seasons.

This is a Class A stocked Trout stream.

What makes this cabin unique

Skiing is only 35-40 mins. away. Boone has a beautiful downtown. The views are awesome off the Blue Ridge Parkway. Just a great place to be with friends and family.

Perfect Tranquility

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at Creekside. We took a dip in the hot every day. We especially enjoyed The cold mornings and evenings. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary equipment, and we cooked ever day we were there. The grill was a little rusty, so we just used the George Foreman we brought with us. We also went on a 2 hour horseback trail ride at Leatherman one day. I found an arrowhead on that trail! Thanks for the recommendation! We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful, secluded, relaxing cabin in the mountains

We absolutely loved our stay in the cabin. There's plenty of room for the kids and the dog to play outside and in the creek. They had a blast fishing and caught many fish. The cabin itself was very clean, well stocked and adorable. Everything about it was perfect.

The location and the cabin are wonderful! The creek is beautiful and it calmed and restored my serenity. The cabin has everything you need to have to come and stay and not leave if you don't want to do anything other than be. Just what we wanted! Thank you for a great little get away. We will definitely come here again.

This cozy home was perfect for a weekend getaway. The home is fully stocked with everything we needed. Painting the rocks was a huge bonus! The river and surrounding trees and mountains were amazing. It's a quick drive into Boone - super convenient.
