Newly built, spacious contemporary, light and bright lakeside home. Open concept flow with high ceilings and lots of natural light. Central Air throughout the house. A beautiful kitchen with white cabinets, granite counters, center island, dining area and stainless appliances. Large great room that looks out beautiful lake. Private main suite with full bath (shower and jet tub) and sliders to the deck. The lower level is a full walkout and two bedrooms, each with sliders lakeside as well. Additional bedroom with queen bed as well as bonus bedroom with queen bed. All 4 bedrooms on ground floor connect to large family room with wet bar and gas fireplace. Boat house/Cabana structure at the water's edge ideal to hang out in as well as store the water toys! Located on Broad Bay just minutes around the sandbar to the main lake!


12 minutes to KING PINE SKI RESORT for skiing, snow tubing, ice skating and more!! 30 mins to North Conway for all sorts of winter activities, outlet shopping and more!

We stay at Ossipee every year and the location of this house is amazing. The water is shallow enough to enjoy, but gets deep enough that pulling a boat up to the dock is no issue. The fact you can paddle board to the sandbar was a huge win for our family with quite a few teenagers. House was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Katies communication was fantastic and any question/ issue we had she was very quick to address. Great time

Fantastic Stay

Went with a group of friends for long fishing weekend/getaway. The home and property are both beautiful and the location was perfect. Large house with many bedrooms to sleep guests comfortably and very clean. The property is directly on the water with a boat launch just down the road. We were also able to dock our boat right at the property which was a major bonus. The check-in process was super easier and Katie was wonderful to book and work with. Was a great stay and everyone loved it. I would definitely stay there again Jeff

Wonderful property

We very much enjoyed our week at this lake house for our family vacation. We had adults and kids from 10 months to 13 years old and everyone enjoyed what the house had to offer. The swimming area was perfect for the kids complete with dock and swim mat to play on. We all enjoyed the included kayaks and paddle boards provided. The older kids enjoyed kayaking to the sandbar to play. It is well stocked with both indoor and outdoor games and plenty of beachfront seating for the whole family. Thanks for a great week!

Perfect lakeside vacation

Stayed for one week in August with eight adults and eight children (ages 3-12). All the kids jumped in the lake the afternoon we arrived and pretty much stayed there the whole week. Great family vacation with out of state grandkids! Beautiful view both day and night. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Had one small problem, which was addressed immediately. Great communication with Katie.

Family Reunion

The house is beautiful, well equipped and in a great location. It has a nice yard with plenty of room for kids to play. Katie was easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions. The beach was nice and the dock looks new and is very sturdy with good space for a boat. The dock was a perfect spot for the kids to fish. Everyone had fun with the floating mat. Our family loved using the kayaks and paddle board and we were able to paddle over to the sandbar since we could see it when it wasn’t busy. We highly recommend this home.

Relaxing vacation

We had an amazing week on the lake. The house had everything we needed, inside and out. The house had a large beach area that was cleared out, kayaks, paddle board and the swim mat were all a big hit. Enough stuff for everyone to do and plenty of room to relax inside. Looking forward to staying here again.

THE BEST!!!!

This is our second year renting from Katie and once again the process was seamless. The house just keeps getting better, too. The addition of a water mat for the kids kept them entertained on the water (and off electronics) all week. Katie is responsive and simply wonderful to work with. I feel fortunate to have found such a great place for my large family to vacation for a week on the lake. We hope to return every year!!!!

The Best Vacation !!!

This lake house on Ossipee is wonderful- a large, modern home right on the lake with dock, sandy beach, boat house, level back yard- all that we could ask for. My 7 grandkids (ages 8 to 16) had a great time boating, swimming, fishing, etc. all week long. We all had a relaxing, much-needed vacation !!!

Great Family Vacation

We enjoyed our week at this amazing property. Communication with Katie helped with small items like how to handle recycling. The kids loved the water front and it was great that the owners share their equipment. The new floating mat was really fun for all. Plenty of room for everyone. Loved the outside griddle! Dock was great for our boat.
