Please note, while this building is equipped with an elevator for your convenience, the building is NOT handicap accessible. There are about 10 steps leading up to the ground level to access the elevator.

The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1.

Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Pets are subject to approval and a $150 non-refundable pet deposit per pet.

** Please note there is enough parking for up to 1 vehicle at this property. Parking spaces are unassigned**
Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00.

Overall our stay was great. We had a problem with the microwave and the maintenance people resolve the issue by bringing us a new microwave within a couple of hours. The furniture in our apartment starting to wear, but other than that, it was great.

Fun in the sun

Bedroom tv didn’t work. But location was great! Home was neat and clean! Overlook of the beach and pool was awesome!!! Parking was spacious! Would recommend to anyone! 10/10

Bugs

Great location! Enjoyed pool, beach, and out door facilities. Room could use updating especially sheets. Worn with holes but bed comfy. The main complaint would be the need for pest control. The rooms appeared clean. But, gnats, palmetto bugs and some kind of roach in every room.

Great location on a great beach

This location is ideal if you want to spend the week on a white sandy beach with minimal hassle. The rental had beach chairs and umbrellas and everything you needed inside for meals. The screened porch perfect for morning relaxation. The pool was excellent, with ample seating. Location was close to Hunting Island State Park, which you have to visit at least once. (Check out the tree boneyard!) The drawbacks were the cleanliness was terrible (floors were really sandy upon entry and we had to vacuum the couch just to sit on it), no linens for the hideabed (no response when we asked for them), no working lights in the dining area (there were weird small lamps you had to manually switch on which still left it dark), and the upstairs neighbors were the cloggers from the Geico commercial. Take your own towels because without a dryer, the one provided isn't going to dry in time for you to use the next day. But overall, I'd recommend it for a great week!

Do Better (Cleaning)

The property was not clean. I had to purchase a Swiffer to clean the floors because they were so nasty. There were at least 4-5 different bugs that were inside the unit. One being a huge cockroach. Looked as though the bathtub was not cleaned. The pullout bed from the couch was in bad condition and the couch was stained and gross. The rug was so nasty that I rolled it up during our stay and placed along the wall. The porch area was nasty too. There was no washer/dryer in the unit, so I was not able to wash any clothes or towels. I was informed that there was not a washing facility on site. I did like the location of the unit. During checkout the "cleaning personnel" arrived. I was sitting in the parking lot after checking out and noticed that the cleaning personnel wasn't even inside the unit for no more than 20 minutes to "clean". There is NO way that they cleaned anything within that short amount of time. I know how long it took me just to Swiffer the floors and it was more than 20 minutes. This unit is not being upkept at all.

We're sorry to hear that you had a negative experience at our property. We take cleanliness and customer support very seriously, and we apologize for falling short in this area. We have addressed this with our staff and are taking steps to ensure that it doesn't happen again. We make sure properties are cleaned before guests come in. We have inspectors who double-check the properties after our Housekeeping is done. If you ever see anything of concern when you arrive please contact us immediately so we can correct any issues In regards to the property not having a washer/ dryer, there are communal washers and dryers available on each floor of the complex, just steps away. If you would have contacted us during your stay we would have been glad to show you where they are located as we always have.

Bring your own sheets and pillow cases.

Location was great. The condo not so much. The pillows on the couch are kinda nasty. Make sure to bring your own towels and wash cloths. They only had 3 set out for a family of 4. The sheets are worn out for the main bedroom. No pillow cases or blanket for the not so comfy pull out. Be prepared to clean when you get there.

Perfect Location

This is myself and my husbands second year in a row spending our wedding anniversary at this location. Very quite and peaceful and just steps from the pool and the boardwalk to the beach. We had a great stay. We will definitely stay here again and again. The bed is very comfy also.

The property was very clean and proximity to pool was great. Not having a washer/dryer in the unit is only reason we would not book the unit again.

Quiet community with close beach access

Stayed here twice. Very clean and nicely decorated. Just a walk across the dunes to get to the beach.
