The Space:

Morning light spills across the water as waves roll steadily toward shore, their rhythm carrying up to your balcony high above the beach. From this oceanfront condo at Dunes Village Resort, you watch the day unfold - swimmers tracing lines through the pools below, the Atlantic stretching endlessly ahead, and Myrtle Beach’s skyline adding energy to the horizon. The setting feels relaxed yet lively, shaped by the constant presence of the sea.



Located on the 10th floor, the condo is thoughtfully arranged for families and groups who want to spend time together while still having room to spread out. You have sweeping ocean, beach, pool, and resort views, along with glimpses of the city skyline and surrounding landscape that shift beautifully from morning to night. Step outside onto the balcony to enjoy coffee with the breeze off the water or wind down in the evening as the lights along the coast begin to glow.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. There are three bedrooms, including a main bedroom with oceanfront views, along with additional sleeping space that allows everyone to settle in with ease. The setup includes one king bed, four queen beds, and a sofa bed, making it well suited for extended families or groups traveling together. Fresh bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided to make arrival simple.



Living space & comfort

Inside, the condo balances practicality with comfort. Air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable year-round, while HDTVs and WiFi make it easy to relax after time at the beach or pools. A washer and dryer are available in the unit, along with everyday essentials that support longer stays and group travel.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen gives you the freedom to cook when you want, whether that’s a quick breakfast before heading downstairs or a relaxed meal enjoyed together after a full day out. Having a kitchen on hand makes it easy to keep your schedule flexible during your stay.



Resort amenities

Staying at Dunes Village Resort means access to a wide range of shared amenities. You can spend hours at the indoor water park with pools, a lazy river, and splash areas, or unwind in the hot tubs and additional pools throughout the resort. The condo sits right on the waterfront with shared beach access, so the sand and surf are always just steps away. An elevator provides easy access within the building, and free parking on the premises adds convenience. This rental includes both the entire space and access to building amenities. Please make yourself at home during your stay.

You'll find a waterpark, indoor and outdoor whirlpools, a lazy river ride, a spacious pool deck, a Tiki bar, social areas, oceanfront pools, indoor pools, children's interactive splash and play area, fitness room, lounge, and best of all, complimentary WiFi.



Getting Around:

Be sure to use ride-sharing services such as Uber, Lyft, and Turo.



Other Things to Note:

This room is absolutely non-smoking. Smoking is strictly only permitted in designated areas; please respect this rule and use the designated areas for smoking.



This condo is privately owned and is not a hotel room. Please treat it with the same level of care and respect as you would your own home. Although we endeavor to address any issues promptly, please note that there is no on-site 24/7 management.e aware that there is no on-site 24/7 management.



Please be aware that valet service is not available at the resort.



Note: - **Palmetto Tower** (North Tower with small slides) will be closed from **December 11th to December 14th**. Similarly, the entire indoor area for this tower will be closed for the first day or two of this timeframe.
