Even in the cooler months, Myrtle Beach’s coastline invites unhurried walks, fresh air, and time spent together indoors and out.

The space

This entire oceanfront condo sits on the 7th floor, offering scenic views that stretch across the ocean, beach, resort grounds, pool area, city skyline, and bay. Large windows keep the water in sight from inside, while the private balcony gives you a front-row seat to changing light and weather over the shoreline. The setting works equally well for calm winter stays and warmer beach-season escapes.



Outdoor living & resort access

Step onto the balcony to take in expansive ocean views and the activity below. Shared beach access places the sand just steps away, making it easy to head out for a stroll along the water or return inside when the breeze turns cool. Guests also have access to nearby resort facilities, including pools, hot tubs, and a lazy river, all shared amenities available as conditions allow.

Inside, the living area is arranged for downtime after a day out, with seating for gathering, watching TV, or simply enjoying the view through wide windows. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms accommodate up to 10 guests. Two bedrooms feature king beds, one bedroom has a queen bed, and another includes two full beds. The primary bedroom also offers a dedicated workspace, helpful if you need a quiet spot during your stay.

The building and surrounding resort area include family-oriented amenities such as an outdoor playground. An elevator provides easy access to the condo, and the private entrance with smart lock allows for smooth self check-in.

Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, SC, this condo is conveniently located. It is within walking distance and located in the Heart Of Myrtle Beach. A short drive from Family Kingdom Amusement Park, The Boardwalk, and Splashes Water Park. Great Location is central to everything in Myrtle Beach. Conveniently located and within 3 miles from the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, 3.5 miles to NEW Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, few minutes drive to Family Kingdom Amusement Park and the 2nd Avenue Fishing Pier. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

Other Things to Note:

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.



The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check in at the front desk. You will receive this code on the day of your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.



Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards. As a reminder, since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service. If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
