Perfect for singles and couples seeking a minimum 90 day stay -- visiting nurses, professors, professionals, retirees, those here to visit family -- this contemporary beach adjacent 1 bedroom and 1 bath is across the street from Gulfport's main beach and 1 block to the beginning of the commercial downtown area that is filled with restaurants, coffee houses, bars, and beachy fun shopping. Available for minimum of 3 month rental. Longer time periods preferred. We accept 1 non-shedding dog under 25 pounds and over 3 years of age.

Why they chose this property
We purchased this property so we could have one unit to be closer to our family and to be able to enjoy the beauty of Gulfport year around.
The other two units are furnished multi-month rentals. Owner is on site frequently to maintain the quality of the property and to visit family nearby.
