Perfect for singles and couples seeking a minimum 90 day stay -- visiting nurses, professors, professionals, retirees, those here to visit family -- this contemporary beach adjacent 1 bedroom and 1 bath is across the street from Gulfport's main beach and 1 block to the beginning of the commercial downtown area that is filled with restaurants, coffee houses, bars, and beachy fun shopping. Available for minimum of 3 month rental. Longer time periods preferred. We accept 1 non-shedding dog under 25 pounds and over 3 years of age.

I manage this property on behalf of my family, and have been in the real estate development and ownership business for over 35 years. We love Gulfport for its natural beauty, openness to all people, its artsy culture and its small town intimacy.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property so we could have one unit to be closer to our family and to be able to enjoy the beauty of Gulfport year around.

The other two units are furnished multi-month rentals. Owner is on site frequently to maintain the quality of the property and to visit family nearby.

What makes this property unique

There are few beachfront accomodations in Gulfport where you can get your own unit direct views to the beach and bay. It makes this property special and unique.
